I ordered my typical order, medium iced coffee with a shot of vanilla and almond milk. The employee behind the counter was very confused when I ordered a "shot of vanilla" as she told me they only have vanilla swirl. Being that I visit Dunkin quite often, I know this is incorrect. She even went as far to show me the vanilla swirl pump and I kindly explained to her that is not what I wanted or what I was talking about. The swirl has too much sugar, and the "shot" is sugar free. After about 5 minutes, something clicked and she realized what I was talking about. She made my coffee and told me to try it before I left as she would remake it if it was wrong. I took a sip and it was perfect. I suggest employees get better training in order to make customer's drinks correct.
