The coffee was bold, rich, and noticeably stronger than a typical iced coffee, with a deep roasted flavor that really came through. It had the perfect balance of intensity and sweetness for my taste--the condensed milk softened the bitterness without overpowering the coffee. One thing I really like is that they let you taste your drink before paying, so you can adjust it to your preference. Since Vietnamese coffee is naturally strong, this is especially helpful if you want to fine-tune the sweetness or coffee-to-milk ratio. There can be a long line, but it moves pretty quickly. A must-visit if you're into strong, flavorful Vietnamese coffee!

Lot of places to chill, people on laptops doing stuff, and meet up friend catching up in life. High ceilings so even full not loud. They also serve some baked goodies. I pasted on them but believe fresh daily. Section menu known for matcha lattes. Not just basic green tea, blueberry and Raspberry matcha lattes. I love matcha and coworker we have same taste. I went for the blueberry iced style. Amazing!! It took matcha to another level. Tasty. I went second time try the same one blended insane good. Blended is the way to go. The staff is awesome. Friendly and all smiles. Only thing that can be frustrating is dealing with the parking. It located in small lot with four other businesses. Not enough parking stalls. So lucky both times found one. Also if busy might not find open table. It worth the wait. So much more menu look forward to trying.

The bookstore opened in 2014 and relocated to its current location in 2019. [Parking]: Street parking only - I got really lucky and there was a free spot available adjacent to the bookstore. [Atmosphere]: The bookstore creates an environment that makes visitors feel like they are walking into a jungle of books. The bookstore describes itself as an "artificial bird sanctuary" with the coffee counter shaped like a bird cage. There are a few tables for visitors to sit and drink their coffee. The bookstore is quite large and visitors can see a bunny in the back of the bookstore near the bear statue. [Restroom]: Restrooms are located behind the exit door just past the front bird cage coffee counter inside the bookstore. [Conclusion]: This is a really cute bookstore that caters to a more diverse and general audience. Two big thumbs up on the overall vibe.
