The tres leches pancakes was overindulgent but very sweet. The whip cream was too much as the pancakes themselves were enough of a treat. Some of the pancakes came topped with ice cream which is a mood, but I'm trying not to go too crazy. The service was great, and there are a lot of interesting menu items I'd like to try again. Coffee was kind of weak. Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms. It was quiet on a weekday, but I think there's really something for everyone on the menu and look forward to coming back.

Mine came with a little gingerbread cookie which was nice. The total was $15 for TWO lattes. That price is literally ludicrous for 2 cups of coffee. My fiancés Harvest Latte tasted of the most bitter artificially sweetened berry you could ever have. It completely masked the coffee in the drink. My gingerbread cookie was good, but my latte? Not at all enjoyable. For some reason I could also taste berry in my drink. Possibly because the berry was in the coffee grinds from the previous drink and they did not do an adequate job of cleaning the grind basket in the coffee machine before making the next drink. Apologies but not worth the $15 at all. We will not be Due-Back any time soon.

The server pulled our chairs out, the host was kind and smiley and our waitress was so down to earth. Mila the founder was also here greeting guests haha. The decor was nice, lots of flowers and girly things, my wife loved it and took pictures. The breakfast burrito was killer, the lavender lemonade while not very purple was out of this world. They had a special matcha for a limited time called the Applejacks matcha, so I ordered that. I had them take off the white chocolate and do oat milk because I'm vegan. I absolutely loved it. It was so delicious and flavorful, and it was the best flavored matcha I had had in a long time. I do love regular, traditional matcha with no flavoring, so I'm not talking about that. I'm just talking about a flavored matcha that was so good. After a couple of weeks, I went to the Manalapan location and had the same matcha. While it was not as good as the Brick one, I didn't really hold that against them. Then a couple of weeks later, I went back to the Brick location and they told me they didn't have matcha because they ran out. They said their customers who really love matcha were not happy about it either, and that they didn't know when they were going to get it back in. That's why I took away one star. They are a business and should make an effort to always have matcha available. Matcha not being available one day is one thing, but not having it and not knowing when it's coming back is another thing. I just don't think that's acceptable. Besides that, this place is really good. Their drinks seem really creative. I've mostly only had the matcha because I love matcha. It also seems like a really nice place to sit and study, and it always seems clean. The day they didn't have the matcha, I got a chai tea instead and it wasn't that great, so I know not to get the chai again.
