I pulled in today, November 21st…read more2019 after looking at both their sign as well as the Petro Can across the street to ensure that they were both $1.18, as ive been fooled before.. I prepaid $60 at the pump and then right before I hit the regular gas button, I noticed that it said that it was $1.29... I assumed that this was some kind of mistake, so I went inside to inquire, as I walked inside there was another gentleman who was extremely angry and told the two East Indian people behind the counter that he had already phoned the police and that they wouldn't get away with this. It didn't even register to me that he was complaining about the gas price. That was until I started inquiring about it, I then have the woman clerk tell me that I'm a liar and that their sign is not even on. And I assured her that I checked literally as I was driving in, and she kept telling me that I was wrong and that the gas was $1.29... I sat there for a moment and I told her that the sign was on, I'm not stupid and don't appreciate being called a liar, and that when the sign says one price they have to honour it by law. She told me that it was still $1.29 and I told her that she could shove the gas up her ass and that I would go across the street to the petrocan where it was still $1.18, which I did.. As I was inside paying at the Petro oh, I told the clerk behind the counter what had happened, he leans to the side and looks at their sign and says yes, that's actually really illegal, you should take a picture and go to the BBB about them as they often do this.. So I did take the picture and I went right back inside the 711 once I finished pumping my gas at the correct price. And the woman again still called me a liar, and I showed her the picture with proof and she still told me that I was wrong. I have been a loyal customer to the 7-Eleven, as I go in there pretty much every day. I am mortified and offended that this even happened and that they can get away with this. I do honestly hope that the police can do something about it because Lord only knows how many people they scammed today!!

Because of my disability, i have to drive a scooter. Just not 15 minutes ago, i drove my power chair jn the store.as.i.have done.numerous times.in.tbe past. I proceeded to drive to the deli area where the subs , bacon, eggs, cheese are kept. There were 2employees standing a little off rk the side, but more in my way than i theirs. I had to turn around so i could grab a few puďdings, and the one i believe his name starts with an S starts walking toward me. I smiled at him and was sure he was gonna assisst me in reaching the puddings, however, he proceeds to tell me that i am not alllwed in the store with my scooter and tells me to leave!! Well, i was shocked, and embarassed. I told him i cannot walk, but he insists that.i must Leave. I ask him his name so i can make a.formal complaint. He refuses to tell me his name so i ask him hjs hame again and he says he cannot tell me. That it is illegal!! So i ask him if he is the boss, and he replies that he is the OWNER!! I tell him that is a lie, that i know who the owners are. So i take my puddings to the till while being folliwed, furthering my embarassment. While my purchases are being rang in, he proceeda to make a phone call to his boss, speaking in punjabi so i dont understand........so he thinks. Howe ver my good friends and landlords are punjabi, and i understand enough that he is lying through his teeth!! Instead of that i was trying to get behind the counter!! Further more, a few monrhs ago, i was picking out a large amount of lottery tickets, approximately $80 worrh when the store hit busy and a line formed. Do u know what he did? He told me i had emough, that it was too busy for him to spend so much time on me, he then finalizes my sale and yells " next person"! Is this the way we should be treated because i cannot walk? Or is it because im a female? Either way, the way i was treated was rude, wrong, embarrassing, and if i dont hear back from the real owner, and he is NOT made to apologize, cjdc tv, and possibly the newspaper as well. I WILL NOT BE TREATED SO DISRESPECTABLY, NOT FROM SOME LOW LEVEL EMPLOYEE WHEN IVE DONE NOTHING WRONG, AND HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OVER THE YEARS TO PAY HIS SALARY!!
