Paid cash to fill my truck up, the pump didn't work and they refused to refund my money.

Review for Costco Pizza- If you're used to paying anywhere…read morefrom $8 to $20 for a pizza with hit-or-miss quality, the value at Costco's food court is hard to beat. For $10, you're getting what's essentially an extra-large pizza--whether you go with pepperoni or cheese--and the flavor holds its own against many traditional chains. It's simple, consistent, and surprisingly satisfying for the price point. A few insider tips: You can call ahead and order your pizza in advance. You can also order while shopping and pick it up on your way out. If you're just looking for a quick bite, pizza by the slice with a drink is one of the best cheap meal deals around. Let's be honest--walking in the door with a full extra-large pizza for $10 makes you the hero of the night. It's perfect for family dinners, casual get-togethers, or even an adults-only hangout where you want something easy and crowd-pleasing. The food court in general is an underrated part of Costco--it consistently delivers value that's tough to match. Drawback: Be prepared to wait, especially on busy nights. We had a 30 minutes on a Saturday evening, so plan ahead. Pro move: Grab a couple of pizzas, a case of the kids' favorite soda, and if you're feeling bold, throw in some ice cream. Easy win.

After dumping Sam's, I needed another "giant box" store. It's a convenient time saver for me to…read moregrab large quantities of dry goods at decent prices. I also like that Costco offers shipping to my house with no added fees (dry goods; not fresh groceries). The store is huge and it is difficult to find items, but a plus is that they carry a lot of organic and all natural products, including a lot of organic produce. I wish they had more organic frozen foods. Customer service has been friendly when I've interacted with employees. The store has always been neat and clean. The parking lot is huge. They also have a gas station at this location, but it's been super busy the few times I've been here. There is a hot food area with the regular expected "fast food, bad for the body" items. This is a solid Costco. I didn't add more stars b/c the store is difficult to navigate and I'd like to see more organic and healthier options in the refrigerator and frozen cases.

She checks two fellas out ahead of me and when it's finally my turn and I walk up to the counter tell her what I need she then proceeds to answer her phone and holds her finger in my face as she now turns her back towards me. My patience is already thin as having to wait for the other people to be checked out. I was the last person in line and no one else had come in the store. Why she couldn't have waited to answer the phone after my purchase? Beats me. I was only getting 1 item that was behind her counter. At this point I tell her I cannot wait for her to finish her phone call and she then turns around to tell me I should go somewhere else then. What kind of customer service is this??? I tell her no I've already been waiting I don't want to have to get in and out of my car again such a waste of my time and we argue back and forth and she calls me a rude bitch that needs to learn how to be nice. Wow. What a very classy lady. I am absolutely floored with the service I have received today. Can say I will be finding services elsewhere from now on.
