In other words, put whatever you want in it - besides hazelnut. What I got was something not on the menu with a cute name, and served with a smile. Only downside, and I've come to expect this thanks to previous coffee house experiences so I don't know why I ordered it, is the nuked breakfast sandwich. I went with the recommended everything bagel w/sausage. The cheese was EVERYWHERE when I opened it, and the breakfast sausage had a spicy kick. So...I will continue to patronize for the coffee. It does stink that Everyman burgers have climbed to a "normal" price of $15 these days but at least for an over easy egg and bacon fan the Breakfast Burger was a true treat-- with thick generous strips of crisp-tender bacon emerging at the sides so bacon bites could also be enjoyed alone. Given the burger theme I substituted hash browns for the fries-- they were a touch over-browned and could be more buttery, but at least there were both crispy and soft bits together.
