But any way they questioned the prescription and asked what it was for I told them, and they refused to fill it. Im 100% sure it was political motivated. Well after arguing back and forth I told HER, SHE was not my doctor HER job was to count the pills and put them in the bottle. Well after several phone calls to my doctor I just had them send it to CVS they filled it with no questions asked. I will never set foot in Walgreens again ive been going there for 25 + years.

Instead she "inconvenienced" me by keeping me on hold for a few minutes. Very nice of them to do that. I went into the store and had the pleasure of working with Tyeishie. She was handling all of the customers in the pharmacy line and all of the drive through folks. One of the drive through folks was a bit displeased they had to wait a grueling 7 minutes in their air conditioned car while Ty was handling business. It's a perfect microcosm of life. The customer in the drive through didn't see what was going on behind the glass. But they got a bit snippy. Perhaps if they could see they'd know she is working her tail off? Even so, Tyeishie wasn't phased and was still pleasant with everyone. Thank you for the incredible service!

They always have great sales and the associates make sure to inform you of all the promotions going on. I also have never had an issue with them fulfilling my prescriptions whether that's on the app or in person. The pharmacist and techs are super sweet and make sure to call you when everything is fulfilled.

Since…read moremy prescription had been submitted the night before, I expected it might take about 30 minutes (or longer) once they opened. While waiting, I browsed the store, everything was clean, organized, and easy to find. About 5 minutes before opening, the pharmacy tech came over and took my name, which was already a great start. Then, less than 5 minutes after they opened, my medication was ready! She even apologized for the short wait. This was honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a CVS. I fully expected to be waiting an hour, but they were fast, friendly, and efficient. Hands down the best CVS in town!

I wanted to get on some antibiotics to knock it out before my big event next week. I easily made an appointment online and checked in via text when I got into the waiting area. Diane was just finishing up with another patient and saw me right away. She was very kind and knowledgeable, especially in regards to allergies. After completing her assessment, she properly diagnosed me with seasonal allergic rhinitis. Basically meaning what I have is not viral and I likely have seasonal allergies that need to be addressed. Because I am still breastfeeding, the types of medications I can take that are considered safe are very limited. Diane took all the necessary precautions and prescribed me 2 medications and nasal spray. I really appreciated all her insight and taking the time to thoroughly explain things to me. I also learned that taking an antihistamine while breastfeeding will actually dry up your milk. Glad I know that now. What's nice about going to a CVS Minute Clinic is that they send all your scripts right over to their pharmacy and they were ready in less than 10 minutes. I was in and out in under an hour with meds in hand.

The pharmacy is difficult to find for our doctors, they take forever to get medications to you. They say they can override and fill at local pharmacies, which is a nightmare in itself. And not true. Not to mention, you have to make several calls to complete this process, if you're luck to have e it completed that is. This is by far the worst. My husband has not had his insulin in 2 months... we have made at least a hundred calls trying to get it resolved and no resolution MONTHS later. I miss my old insurance with the pharmacy and medication availability and cannot wait to go back. Avoid this one if you can.

Patient care is absolutely awful, how are you a pharmacist, running a script that identifies needing a prior auth and never calls the patient. Only to find out 10 days later one is required when you're on the last pill. Unacceptable, my doctor was able to get the approval in same day and still haven't received the medication. They make you pay for an over night fee and does not over night anything. This is an absolute mess. I can not believe they work for advent health. Disgraceful!
