They seemed unable to actually process orders, and I listened and watched with fascination as it took 5 staff members (including the cashier of one of only 2 open tills) to discuss the sour cream glazed donuts .... This is also one of the new Tim's that also does ice cream ...... it didn't help. I saw only one transaction completed on that side in the 15 minutes I was in line. I pick my Timmie's locations in Calgary based upon their ability to handle and 'process' drive-through customers. If you are any kind of schedule, give this location a miss until they get their act together.

My wife likes the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. She gets a venti a large one. She always asks for two extra pumps of vanilla. No matter how many times she asks she only gets 5 pumps. The amount of vanilla in a venti is 5 pumps, why can't she get the two extra pumps she likes. Me I like the caramel machiato. I like the cold one. Usually when I order the cold ones its like a nice slushy with whip cream on top with caramel drizzle, this time today, I got an iced coffee, that tasted somewhat like caramel and it wasn't even fully mixed or blended. It was cream at the bottom and coffee on top. At the price we pay for these drinks they should be ready to drink and fully mixed or blended.
