She was rude, overbearing, not helpful, verbally disrespectful and refused to give me corporate information (address or phone number) when I asked for it. It all started when I gave her a fifty-dollar bill, asked for 40 dollars' worth of gas and a bag of ice. She asked me "what pump" and I said, "the one where the black car is parked". I was the only car at a four pump area, so I assumed she knew when she looked out the window. She then said, "I dont go by the car model because I'm not into car brands". I simply looked up and said I'm the only car there, right there and I pointed to my car. She was stating over and over again she's not into fancy cars. and I asked her what difference does that make? All I want is gas for my car. She made me feel bad for stopping by that Exxon. Her rudeness caused me to change my mind, and I asked for my money back and I then asked her to cancel the request. She gave me my money and as I was walking away, she blurted out goodbye in such a disparaging way that I turned to her and asked why are you so angry and who made you mad today. I asked her not to take her anger out on me because I had did nothing to her. She then said I don't care about what car you drive. I began to feel traumatized. I was stunned and unsure why I was being treated this way. This is when I felt a need to ask for the corporate number. She yelled out in front of other customers that I'm not giving you anything, I'm not even giving you service, and then she stated that if I wanted the corporate number I needed to find it on the pump outside. This conversation can be proved if you have it on tape and camera at this Exxon store. She was rude, angry-acting, and not helpful nor accommodating to me as a customer. She was loud, obnoxious and petty too. I spend money at that store at least ten to twenty times a month. I fill up my business vehicles and my personal vehicles. I have lived in this area for more than 35 years and I never been treated so disrespectful by an EXXON employee. This employee is always disgruntled, sad or angry when I stop to get gas. She acts like she hates her job. I will take my business elsewhere and I will tell all my friends not to visit this Exxon again. I have over 500,000 views, followers and loyal supporters. I don't want to hurt this company, but I must report this to EXXON to keep others from being treated this way. I love Exxon. When I'm traveling as a travel writer/journalist I look for EXXON gas stations on the road. I always have and I always will, but I will not spend my money at this Exxon ever again. This Cedar Hill Exxon gas station on Beltline Rd. was the only gas station I've used consistently for the past 10 years.
