I tried to fill up my tank, but was charged $39.30 and received NO gas. The man working refused to reimburse me. He came to my car- made me drive around and checked my tank to see it was STILL empty. Then said "it's money out of my pocket..what do you want me to do??" Meanwhile I've lost $40 out of my pocket for nothing!! Refused to reimburse my money- and then said "I can give you $10." So I left with zero gas and out $39.30. The "owner" was conveniently out of the country. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating that I, as a customer, am out money- with no gas. We are staying in the area and needed to get some drinks and snacks so we stopped in. The only thing I truly like about 7-eleven is their brand of water is 2/$2 for a liter which is hard to find just a liter of water for $2 at most convenience stores. While they have plexiglass dividers between the customers and the cashier, only 1 of the cashiers was wearing a mask. I feel that if the customer is required to wear a mask to enter your establishment, then staff should have to wear them as well. If you want to take it off while no one is in there that's fine, but put it on when customers are present. read more

Over the past few months this location is closed at 5, 5:30, and I even seen 6:00A. It used to be a great location, but if you arrive at 5:00AM the "new" employee is sitting behind the counter with a hand written Closed Sign on the door. Not only is the owner losing revenue with new sales, but they are also being stolen from by a poor employee sleeping behind the counter. Today I arrived at 5:30 and the only reason the door was open is because of a delivery person. I grabbed a few products and went to the counter and the employee (Mr. Dredds) said they are closed and come back later - I told him I was there to purchase and since it's after 5:30 to ring me up - the attitude I got was ridiculous- this store is convenient, but I can no longer patronize a business that doesn't care about customers! read more

Great location! Plenty of fresh food. Sandwiches, fruit, and bakery items. The pizza looked nice and was a good price for the whole pie. This is a newly remodeled location and had just about everything. I was in the location around 7pm and the crowd was lite. The two associates offered great customer service. There was even recommendations made on sale items. It has fuel and a car wash. Make sure you check it out. read more

OK so anybody that knows me knows that I normally have a 7-Eleven coffee cup in my hand, not with coffee but with hot chocolate LOL. I love their hot chocolate, water and powder! Ha I know kind of gross. But it's dairy free LOL. Enough about my little love for their fake hot chocolate I go to 7-Eleven every day (that I'm in Charlotte) sometimes even in other cities when I'm traveling. My go to 7-Eleven was Kings Drive. But it since switched to a different convenient store. (So sad) So about six years ago I got a gift card for 7-Eleven Ha how fitting? I've kept it ever since, and when the balance gets low I just reload it. (Duh) sometimes $10 sometimes $50 sometimes even 100. I have the app (every seven drinks you get one free)so he scanned my phone, then swiped my GC, the clerk said my balance was low, so I wanted to reload for $10 he added into the computer. I went to pay and the manager abruptly came over, she told me they only accept cash for gift cards. What? I've been going to 7-11 on and off for six years (If not your store other 7-Eleven's) so since when is that a policy? She was rude and told me that she doesn't make the rules, she was "sorry we don't do that" I wasn't upset I was just questioning why all of a sudden you couldn't pay with a credit card. Plus she told me she was "busy"!!! Haha Great customer service!!!! 7-Eleven's are franchises so essentially it's a small business. why you wouldn't want to accommodate your customer is beyond me!!! Especially a person that comes into your store every day sometimes more than once. People who work there have rang it in before, so she was choosing not to allow it! Not that the system wouldn't allow it! I'm sorry I didn't have any cash I wanted to reload a card to give your store money and you told me that the only way to pay for a gift card was with cash! So I left with $1.39 on my credit card for just one cup of hot chocolate and I may start visiting the one on Tyvola instead ha! I'm all about customer service and it's really nice to walk in and be greeted and have a friendly staff say hi and chat with you for a minute. that used to be the case at the store but recently all the good ones are gone. The manager sucks in my opinion. The customer is always right, and I wasn't asking for anything crazy. It's just convenient to swipe a gift card rather then my CC daily for a small transaction. she should've done the transaction because guess what, when she's not in the store it works, they are perfectly capable of swiping my gift card then they swipe my credit card I walk out reloaded and they walk out with 50 or hundred dollars more in their pocket. Can't imagine an owner being pleased with how she handled that. The guy behind me was so nice and said "well she took the convenience out of convenient store" Awesome punch line! Funny story. I stopped by one day to get a big gulp for 69 cents plus tax and what excited me even more than the price as the fact the had the extra flavoring on their fountain drinks. I absolutely love diet vanilla cokes. The vanilla didnt seem to work the way it normally did. When I pushed it nothing came out so I figured maybe i push it at the same time as the soda. Sure enough it worked or so I thought. I proceeded to come here at least 3 more times to get fountain "vanilla cokes." Until one day my boyfriend came with me and was trying to convince me that the vanilla was out when the employee confirmed that in fact the vanilla never was filled. Talk about the placebo affect. needless to say I still come here to get my 69 cent big gulp even though they don't have the vanilla flavoring. And I still think it has a slight vanilla flavor. read more

I've been working early mornings and the guy that works here during this shift is not a nice person. I went in for coffee a few times only to find none has been made and be completely ignored. He saw me looking for some and didn't even bother to tell me there was none made until I looked like an idiot going around the coffee area a third time. I haven't been back since and won't even get gas. read more

This 7/11 was very clean, the cashier was friendly and had a great attitude, and we got slurpees by the bucket load. LOL! Everything was working, the exterior and interior areas were very clean and well kept. Overall, a good experience. No complaints, only compliments. read more
