Came here to pump gas in November, pulled up to pump #7, got ready to pump & saw that it said paying at pump was disabled & to go inside.. I proceeded to do that. Once I stepped a foot inside, the cashier yelled at me.. asking why I came in for, & if i saw the sign (I didn't see the sign, until he pointed at it) after that, I said yes, it says, "caution wet floor" It does not say anything about "Do not enter." Stood at the door asking him how i was supposed to pay & get gas then if I couldn't pay at the pumps or come inside? He then told me to come inside, I said, not w/ that attitude.. I'm going somewhere else. No customer service skills & obviously do not know how to read either if he thinks that yellow caution wet floor sign was a do not enter. This was my go to spot for getting gas but after that experience, never again.. read more

They're scammers. They tried telling me they didn't have cash to pay me for my scratch off that i purchased. I had to yell and get violent to get my money. they frequently try and refuse posted promotions. i for example bought 3 redbulls for 8$ cashier tried adding free wings for a grand total of $18 dollars?? The worst is they flat out don't care and don't even speak english well enough to explain to me why they do what they do. they're shady. don't go here. read more

After today going in for gas and a couple items in the store a man I see there often working was very rude to me. He said to leave and he didn't need me. He was not clear in letting me know I had to make two separate purchases on my card. First gas and then what I was buying in store. When I said why didn't you explain to me, that's when he because very rude. To the owner thank your worker that you lost my business along with my whole family and everyone I tell. I don't support businesses that have poor customer service. Judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one who has experienced poor customer service here. Go down the street on Whitmore to Chevron around the corner and you will get great customer service. read more

If I could do 1/2 or zero stars I would. The gal that's usually working there (don't recall her name) is always ALWAYS so rude and always has such a bad attitude. It always takes her forever to acknowledge that you're even there, never says hello when she is greeted, you'll be standing at the counter waiting to be rung up forever while she is only a few feet away from you. No "I'll be right with you". No "hello, just give me a few moments pls". Nothing. There have been a few times where I set my items on the counter and while standing there all awkward waiting for her to once again "acknowledge" her customer.... she is just finishing her text message. When it's once or twice I figure...oh okay maybe this employee is having a bad day. But no. It's every time I go into this gas station and she's working. It's ridiculous. I don't like doing bad reviews but I visited this gas station this evening and it just really upset me. There's no reason for the rude attitude. I work customer service and I get it...we all have bad days. But every customer (I've witnessed it with other customers when waiting in line) and every time I visit this place. Don't work customer service if you're miserable and going to be a jerk. Ok, sorry rant over ‍ read more
