I have lived in Ceres for 64 years and have done business at that gas station on the corner of Moffit and Whitmore for years. last Friday I went there ,went to go use the pump. It took my card but would not allow me to pump gas. There was no money on it at all. It still showed forty dollars from the last person that pumped gas, and it would not clear a nd go back to zero So I could pump mine. The lady next to me said, none of the pumps were working. I went to another pump and tried it. Same thing happened. So I went in the store to tell Tell the lady inside and she said there isn't any problem with the pump. Nobody has complained about the pumps not working that day. I said, well, I'm complaining right now! I was in a hurry. I said here, just put $25 on pump 3. I'll pay for it in here. So I did that, and it worked . when I got home 15 minutes later, Something just told me to check my debit account. I had been charged the $25 cash that I put in there, actually put gas in my truck and an additional $38.03 .Some how the pump allowed somebody else to come in behind me And pump gas, I immediately called, and they said that that was my fault Because I did not come in and tell them there was a problem with the pump! I did go in there and tell them! they said there was nothing wrong with the pumps they would not give me my money back.Refused to give me my money back.Let alone look on the camera to see who stole the $38.03 worth of gas That was free to them! I will never go back to that gas station again! I am normally not like that.But when you live on a fixed income, $38.03 is a lot of money! SHAME ON THEM!!! SHAME SHAME ON THEM! To the rude ass lady this morning, get a new job if you can't handle customer service with that said i are used to work at a gas station and I go get cups for ice all the time never once at any ampm in Stanislaus all the way to Phoenix, Arizona literally hundreds of amps I go to a year not one of them has tried to charge me soda price for just an empty cup. I also know there is a button for just a cup there's also one for ice cups so trying to charge me for soda when I wanted an empty cup was BS and may your day reflect on how you treated rude A B read more

This location's bathroom is always "out of service" I'm not pumping gas here if the gas station doesn't even offer the bare minimum. They still charge to use your card but can't fix the bathrooms. read more

Be careful!! When you buy something from this location, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. A tall bearded Middle Eastern/Indian employee just tried to rip me off. I paid for gas and lottery and he added an extra one dollar lottery fee that I didn't even spend on. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT ALWAYS!!! read more

I normally don't like writing bad reviews but this one I will. I stop to get gas and drinks for my son and I. Upon paying one of the service attendants come out and started complaining about I shut the freezer door to hard lol....this is not something I every thought about. But he did come out cussing at me as I'm paying. I didn't even realize he was talking to me at first. Once I realized he was....I did look at him ok nothing I can do about it now and I told him great customer service! Lol....Well I had already entered my card for payment otherwise I would have went to a different station. I can guarantee I will never go back to that gas station ever. If I could give this place a negative 1000 rating I would!! They literally have a sign up that says if you give them the wrong pump number that that's your problem they won't refund your money. That's only problem number one. Problem number two is it they are extremely rude there's one gentleman that's new he can barely speak English and he is extremely rude and he gets your pump number wrong every single time when you go in there to tell him that you've got it wrong he tells you no he's got it right in to get out I will literally never come back again read more

Not much too say. It's Just like any other Arco/AmPm station. This location doesn't seem to get as busy as the Hatch rd location. Went to ampm at 3:00am.the large black girl there was extremely rude. I will take my money elsewhere.

Never again will I use this gas station unless it's with cash. I made the mistake of using the outside machine at the pump. That same weekend $800 was stolen from my account. Turns out they had some sort of skimmer in the machine. When I spoke to the bank in Modesto they stated that three other people have been hit. All three cards had been used in the same locations area down south in LA. When I walked in to ampm I mentioned it to the worker. He said "oh they used a skimmer?" I said yes and he laughed it off. Not saying he had anything to do with it but it almost seems as if they are aware of it. They don't seem to care. The worker Didn't ask what machine.. Didn't mention any prevention Mantinence they did.... didn't even say they'd look into it. Had they even seemed a little concerned I might have returned and just paid with cash or inside. But instead they showed no remorse and have now lost the business of a Bay Area commuter that filled his gas tank at least three times a week. read more
