Is your smoke alarm chirping at 12:00am? UH OH...you JUST discovered you have NO 9v batteries on…read morehand!!! Why does the alarm run out of battery after all the stores are closed? No, wait--here's a place that's open 24/7!!! Thanks, Corner Store, you saved my coworkers from a potential crabby, groggy grouch! The battery was a bit pricey but worth it to save our sanity. The cashier was helpful and nice.

Hells YES. A 24 hour convenience store, right around the corner from the house, AND it's a glorious…read moreone at that. Sold! These dudes (so far that's all I've come across) are so much friendlier than the folks that work at the 2 W-A-B stores up the road, and they truly know their shit! They spit out the local beers, things to try, Halfy-Hour (YES, THEY HAVE DRINK HALFY-HOUR TOO! ER DAY!) and all kinds of things (promotions, events) the store has going on. I can't help but think they must have good management & do get paid a little bit, because these guys, while young, seemed genuinely interested in trying to sell this store to ya! But were friendly at the same time. Good choices, management. Anywho.. I'm yet to try anything off of, or see in use the grill. But, they sell fucking WHOOPIE PIES, which....who CARES if they're really any good... it's the point! So, yeah, and they have a Pumpkin spiced one (which personally I am so fucking sick of seeing--- EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING FLAVORED PUMPKIN)... Go get one, vanilla/chocolate/pumpkin!, with your gas, and your cheeseburger or chicken burger, an Austin grown ALE/LAGER/IPA, and nachos, and a frozen coffee, OR MILKSHAKE.. If I drank beer, or liked wines-- red/white, I'd TOTALLY love this damn place. IJS.. There is a LOT of shit to chose from in this place. If ever it offered gifts, it COULD be a mini-baby-pygmy-Bucees/Bucces (wtfe) "Buckys". JS. Check it out.

This narrative was over gasoline. This is the second time it has happened- I prepaid $20 for gasoline. I attempted to pump the gasoline but no gas came out! I communicated with them and they said come back next week. When the boss is there. I insisted it's imperative to resolve asap because this has happened before so they called the cops on someone who's never been in trouble before. Please don't give your business to these thieves. Not only re they unethical but lazar focused on stealing from their customers.

This miniMAX is in a relatively new strip center built in 2021. It is partnered up with a Shell…read moregas station which has 7 pumping stations. Attached to the building is a Which Wich sandwich shop and it even has outdoor seating. There's also a neighboring strip center right next to it, which has a liquor store, pub, and a vape shop. The interior of this store is spacious and very well laid out, complete with cold drink stations and weenie rollers. They have fresh baked goods, iced down beer, an ATM, a walk-in beer cooler and fried chicken to go. They have plenty of cold beer and I was surprised they had a very large selection of craft beer compared to any other convenience store. They have a very decent selection of fine wines as well. The bathrooms may not be as large as Buc ee's, but they are clean and modern. They also swap and sell propane tanks here. Definitely one of the nicest convenience stores you'll find and even gives Quiktrip a run for the money. The photos included should convince you.

Inside you will find a very impressive coffee station and a fresh kitchen. Also inside, you will find the usual weenie rollers with all the fixings along with an impressive number of drinks stations. There are hot grab and go and cold grab and go food items. They sell every imaginable alcoholic and non-alcoholic canned and bottled item and even have a small amount of craft beer. There is an ATM, ice, but propane tanks are not available here. If you do decide to get something from the kitchen, they do have two outdoor tables to sit at. I've written up a number of these Quiktrips and they are designed to beat the competition on all counts. Plenty of photos included to prove it.

I have a real love/hate relationship with this store. Let's start with the things I love: The staff…read moreis always friendly, the store is really clean, and the price for gas is usually reasonable. The selection of food and drinks is HUGE, so that's a plus. Nevertheless, QT's prices are higher than most other convenience stores in the area for nearly everything sold inside. For instance, I came in recently for a gallon of milk and it was priced at $7.99. Not organic or any of that other fancy stuff, just a gallon of good ol' fashioned 2% cow milk. $7.99. That's a record in my experience for a gallon of milk. Today a gallon of milk was $6.89 here at QT while it's $4.89 at 7-11 and $3.52 a gallon at HEB. To make matters worse, a few weeks ago I went in for another gallon of their high-priced milk and there was only ONE left, and it expired the same day. I asked if I could have it at a discount and was told NO! That was annoying. At the Circle K across the street, a gallon of milk is under $5.00. If Circle K's milk is about to expire, they'll usually give it to you for free if you let a clerk there know it's about to pass. Needless to say, I don't buy milk at QT anymore if I can help it. Also, I've never eaten a roller dog from this QT because every single time I try, I find that the hot dog buns are stale and hard as a rock. The breakfast tacos here are awful, too, but for some reason I don't quite understand myself, I keep eating them. In addition, this QT has never been a great place to buy wine because their wine offering is minimal at best. But the thing that pissed me off the most was that one week when for some reason, the sugar-free cappuccino I was getting here nearly every day began tasting a bit lemony instead of the usual caramel white chocolate flavor. At first I didn't think much of it, but then after about the fourth time I went in for my sugar-free cappuccino and tasted lemon, I said something to the manager about it. He checked and discovered that the sugar-filled lemon-flavored cappuccino container was in place inside where the sugar-free cappuccino dispenser was supposed to be! As such, I had been unknowingly drinking sugar all week! I'm not supposed to have sugar, damnit! Now every time I go in for a cappuccino I have to open up the dispenser to check that the powder canister inside is the sugar-free one so it doesn't kill me.
