The barista was extremely kind and patient, especially since it was our first time visiting. We ordered the seasonal Can't Catch Me cold brew (gingerbread cold brew with cheese foam), the pistachio matcha latte, and the bear paw. The drinks were delicious! We really appreciated that they weren't overly sweet and that there are so many syrup options to choose from. The cheese foam was especially good and added a nice touch to the cold brew. The bear paw was just okay, but it still had good flavor. We would definitely come back if we're in the area again.

I also grabbed a hot chai with macadamia milk (as the almond milk was out of stock) and I might just be switching up my order now. That macadamia milk made it extra creamy! Also.. Service is always great here, drinks are made to order. Baristas are always friendly and super sweet. **Note that there may be cross contamination for gluten free pastries as they are next to other non gluten free items. I didn't have an issue, but wanted to disclose it.

The layers were perfectly balanced--you get that earthy matcha hit followed by a sweet, creamy blueberry finish that actually tastes like shortcake rather than just syrup. The ambiance is super chill and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out for a bit. Service was quick and the staff was friendly, which really rounds out the 5-star experience. Definitely a standout spot in Santa Clarita if you're looking for creative specialty drinks.

It's very encouraging along with Exodus 14:14, the one I always hold close to my heart. Our lattes were delicious. Service was a bit slow, but it was an extremely busy Saturday morning in Newhall everywhere you looked. Thankfully, the coffee was great. The cashier was very nice and took caution to make sure our orders were correct. The baristas were on top of things and served us promptly. I appreciate that. The decor is lovely, the pastries are beautifully displayed and the atmosphere is welcoming. The parking is plentiful but was quite full, most likely due to the Farmers Market and neighboring businesses that share the space. It wasn't a problem for us because the majority seem to get their coffee to go. I highly recommend SFC and we will definitely be back. Have a blessed day.

It's been four months since our first visit to The Cowboy Tavern and we've been here at least a few…read moremore times since. I love that you can order breakfast all day. Keep in mind they close at 3. We have had many different breakfast plates, tuna melt, Ortega chill burgers, and the Chinese chicken salad. Let's start with breakfast. Huge portions, the best ham steak ever, thick and tender. The bacon is always crispy. Both the country potatoes and the hash browns are so flavorful. Oh and the biscuits and gravy are so yummy. Every burger, sandwich, and salad we've had have been delicious. The hardest part is fighting the desire to try something new because everything we have had we want again. Let's talk French fries. The French fries arrive like a small golden miracle -- crisp-edged, sunlit, audibly whispering as they spill onto the plate. They crackle when you touch them, release a sigh of steam when broken open, and taste like everything good about potatoes ever dreamed of becoming. Each one is salted with confidence, hot enough to make you impatient, perfect enough to forgive yourself for eating them all and not sharing The fries may be golden, but the staff is the real sparkle. What truly anchors this place is the people who work there. They greet you like they've been expecting you all day. They linger just long enough to ask how you're really doing. By the end of the meal, it feels less like you've been served and more like you've been cared for. Ray and Andrew served us today and I am remiss for not remembering all of the staff's names as everyone has treated us like familiar guests. Agua Dulce has a real jewel of a restaurant and if you aren't local, like us, it's worth the pretty drive.

Tucked away in the quiet charm of Agua Dulce, we decided to slow the morning down with a proper…read morebreakfast. The change of pace from the city was immediately noticeable--the open views, calm atmosphere, and small-town feel created the kind of ambience that makes you want to linger over coffee a little longer. I came in with one thing on my mind: a classic fried steak and eggs. When the plate arrived, it delivered exactly what you hope for from a hearty breakfast--crispy, golden breading on the steak, tender inside, paired with eggs cooked just right. It was comforting, satisfying, and full of flavor without being overly heavy. My girlfriend, who is expecting and arrived with a serious appetite, chose the Eggs Florentine. The dish was beautifully balanced: perfectly poached eggs resting over fresh spinach, topped with a smooth, rich hollandaise that tied everything together. The flavors were clean, fresh, and well executed. What stood out most was how fresh and flavorful everything tasted. Nothing felt rushed or overly processed, just well-prepared breakfast classics served in a setting that encourages you to relax and enjoy the moment. Between the delicious food and the peaceful scenery, the experience felt like a small escape from the everyday rush. A memorable breakfast spot in Agua Dulce. I'll definitely be making another stop here the next time I'm in the area.
