Big plus for being cheerful so early in the morning, because I'm usually cranky at that hour, so approachable people truly make a difference. I used their self-ordering kiosk, which I always appreciate. I like being able to take my time looking through the menu without feeling like I'm holding up a line or taking up an employee's time. I ended up ordering the horchata latte, but I was honestly impressed by the variety of drinks on the menu. My order was ready within five minutes, and my drink was actually pretty good.
