She is so rude and definitely just hates her life after years of working in retail you can see it on her face she just hates life and doesn't want to work with people anymore. How disappointing: small coffee plus chips set me back $6.88. It's not the price but rather cold coffee!! Also did you know door dash pick up is happening from 7-11? Wow that's crazy. I walked in to get a soda refill and asked if they do refills. The man said yes. He then said the refill is 1.99 for a large. As I was getting my refill, I noticed stickers next to the large cups say $1.79. I asked him why a refill is $.20 more than a drink. I said I'm bringing my own cup, so why is it $.20 more. He wanted to see where I had seen the price of $1.79. I showed it to him. His only response, and a rude response, was he doesn't make the prices. I dont like saying bad things or give A bad review but when I went to go buy cookie, the price that cashier gave me and the one that was on the counter was different. I kindly asked why there was a difference but he just said he doesn't know and she said there is only one cashier and if I cannot pay I have to leave. We bought 4 sodas and it's 2 for $3. That's $6 plus tax and crv should not come up to $9.56. I would not recommend this location to warm up food or buy food. Store owner told me I have to spend 5$ and up to use microwave. I'm not broke but that's ridiculous. I love 7-11, they have my Coca Cola Slurpees. I have never been in this location. It looked newer on the outside. When I went in the place was kinda disorganized, like they haven't had time to clean up after a mad rush. The area where drinks are was pretty tore up, people are pretty much slobs. I was happy though, I got my slushy and some treats for later. The older gentleman was very nice at the counter. He was trying to tell me a story about a drink that has a marble on the top. To be honest I couldn't really understand him or what he was trying to tell me about it. But I laughed and smiled to be polite. He was very nice. I didn't know 7-11 has a rewards program. I don't get to visit 7-11 often since moving from the OC. I usually go to Circle K, I don't know how much it would benefit me. This 7-11 has a huge parking lot which is rare for a 7-11. Inside it is exceptionally clean, very organized and has amiable folks at the counter. It's a typical 7-11 so you've got the snacks, candies, coffees, slurpees, pre-wrapped sandwiches, hot dogs, scratchers...you get the idea. We come here all the time but this time we got this cashier that we havent seen before ... my daughter a young girl didnt pay attention (I know it's her fault) grabbed a slurpee cup and put soda in it ...the cashier asked "what's this?!" Fine 7-Eleven store. I am a regular 7-11 shopper, and I find that most locations are basically the same. What differentiates them the most is cleanliness and customer service. Do not go to this location. Save yourself the time. Horrible service, Unprofessional and disrespectful employees. Constantly. I've come to this location a couple times in the past month, and each time there's been a negative experience. The first time I came, it was to load money on to my credit card. Then, the second time I bought a few items it was like $15. And I had only brought ones. And I bought something for $20 something dollars and payed with $40 and my change was supposed to be like close to $17 and he tried giving me $8 and when I had told him he gave me incorrect change. He copped an attitude and snapped at me! "No, I didn't don't fucking tell me how to do my job!" Talk about completely disgusting and unacceptable behavior! I showed him my change, and my receipt. I always come to this 7-11 since it's right next to where I live and the cashier that was there two days ago, an elder man that is balding, was really rude and tried stealing some of my money! I came in to redeem my money from scratcher tickets I got and the total was supposed to be $29, but he tried to be slick and say it was only $19! The big lady here is really rude for no reason. I was trying to use the promo on the app (1$ any size coffee) and with an attitude she said I couldn't get it because it was a large size and I had to get the "any size cup". I thought she was joking but she looked at me and was obviously annoyed. I was thinking she may not have understood the promotion advertised all over the store so I explained to her what "any size" means and she finally scanned the code. I know it wasn't a language barrier because she speaks English perfectly. She probably thought I didn't know what it meant since I have an accent so I wonder how many people she has tried to trick. But I still don't understand why she had an attitude. I come in a few days later (today) as a doordasher. And even though I'm wearing a doordash shirt, carrying a doordash bag, give her the name of the orders, show her my ID, and the app with the names, she still refuses to give me the orders because suddenly, after she took my ID with her and fixed the orders, she needed the order ID which wasn't on the app. I even showed her there was no sort of numbers anywhere on the app. No other employees here had ever given me such a hard time. I had to contact doordash support and she wouldn't answer the phone when doordash support tried calling her. I had to leave without the orders but luckily doordash still paid me because they couldn't understand why she was refusing to give me the orders. The woman was complaining, loudly, about a customer who had recently left. My friend wanted to buy a lotto ticket, the man said he had to do inventory. He didn't offer to let her purchase it and then go back to complete inventory or offer any other way to sell her the ticket, so my friend said, I'd rather not buy from here because they are rude.
