We have four Ragdolls and used Ed and Alexandra for about two and a half years any time we were going on vacation. It is so clear from our interactions with Ed that he loves animals, and our cats also grew fond of him. He always sent pictures and was extremely thorough detailing what was done during the visits and keeping us updated. We even had an instance where we needed him to assist with a virtual vet consult while we were away and one of our pets got sick, so they really went above and beyond. The caregivers have always been trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with. One thing that stands out is how receptive they are to feedback. They actively ask how they can improve and whether there is anything more they can do to support our family. Even at the end of a long day, we are often met with, "Do you need me to do anything else before I head out?" That level of care and initiative is rare. Every day, I receive thoughtful behavior reports about the kids, and the caregivers do a fantastic job keeping our daughters on top of homework, schedules, and extracurricular activities. There is a wonderful balance of structure and warmth in the care they provide. What I appreciate most is that the caregivers clearly love what they do. Most days I come home to focused studying and organized routines, but every so often I'll walk in to find everyone, caregiver included, in the middle of a full-blown karaoke session or dressed head-to-toe as princesses. The caregivers somehow manage to embody the perfect "responsible but cool big sister" energy, which has made them absolutely beloved by our girls. I cannot recommend Farah Care-a highly enough. Our dog used to return from boarding kennels dirty and stinky and since he's an adult dog and not the best candidate for group boarding or group play time, he'd often sit in his kennel for hours. We've used Carlos and Pet Cater for the past year and are very happy with his service. We appreciate that he is flexible as our out of town schedules often change and we appreciate the updates he sends while we are away. Our dog is always happy and healthy when we return! We've found Carlos' prices to be better than all of the boarding kennels we've used so it's a no-brainer to use Carlos and Pet Cater when we go out of town!

I wanted to find ways to make sure she stays home and had someone to take care of her while I was gone. That's when I found Elizabeth !
