Her positive energy really adds to the overall experience and keeps us coming back again and again. It's rare to find a place where the quality of the drinks matches the quality of the people, but the Westport Rd Seven Brew manages to do just that. Whether you're in a rush and need something quick or you're just looking for a pick-me-up served with a friendly face, this is the place to go. We highly recommend it--if you haven't been yet, go check it out and be sure to say hi to Sydney!

I love how the smoothies that we received would be 800 calories minimum but the larges we ordered were only around 280 calories with 25-30 grams of protein (everyone is obsessed with protein these days). The smoothies are a little expensive at around 8 dollars a cup but if you treat yourself once in a while, I think it's worth it.
