I wanted breakfast and needed coffee so this seemed like a reasonable choice. After circling the building, I located their mobile ordering curbside pick up spots. I parked, opened the app, and placed an order for a breakfast burrito meal and iced coffee. A moment later, the app notified me that items from my order weren't available so I checked -- at 8:15 a.m., it incorrectly stated that all of those breakfast items weren't available at that time of day. Alrighty then. I swung into the drive-thru and placed an identical order. Not surprisingly, all of those items were available. I pulled up to the window to pay and the employee wasn't wearing a mask. At the time of this visit and review, there is an indoor mask mandate in Illinois so I was surprised to see an employee -- especially a customer-forward employee -- not abiding by the directives. At the second window, where I was given my coffee and food, the employees also weren't wearing masks. Clearly management doesn't care to enforce the policy? Or update the menu availability hours in the app? The hash brown and burritos were standard McDonald's fare - exactly what I've come to expect. The coffee was way too sweet and I threw it away in favor of the coffee being served at the event.
