I have used this taxi service a few times without issue. But the other day I was sent a driver who didn't understand English well so had to keep repeating myself. I needed help to load my cat into his back seat because I am disabled. He was pleasant dropping me and came across helpful. But he told me to call him directly instead of the office to book return which I thought was strange. I called him when my appointment was done and he came. He knew from dropping me that I would need help lifting my cat into his car again, he parked outside and I waved at him from the window asking him to come out to help me as the cat was inside. He left his car door open and got out, I asked him to bring my cat as no vet staff free to do this. He complained saying he cannot leave his car open (not sure why he didn't just shut the door and lock it) he came across very rushed like he had somewhere else to be. So he rushed in, grabbed my cat so fast he hit the side of her carry case quite hard against a shelf and even a customer standing at the desk was shocked and said loudly "Be careful there is a cat in there!" he didn't even stop or apologise and just quickly went back to his car, he didn't even wait to hold the vet front door open for me knowing I am disabled. The same lady said "make sure he doesn't just throw your cat in the car". Sadly because he ran outside ahead of me I couldn't see how he handled my cat. We didn't speak one word in the journey back as I felt so angry and thought it's not worth an argument. He even answered a call for a job while driving using his hands to hold the handset to his ear which I am sure is unsafe and against the law! He is giving out his number directly to customers instead of letting them call the office to be allocated a driver, which isn't fair on the other drivers I think. He treated me and my pet like we didn't even matter, no care or patience, I felt horrible when I got home and lucily my cat was unharmed. Very disappointed with this experience. read more
