I needed airport transportation from Panama City Beach to Ft. Walton airport which I found difficult to secure for about a week. Several services in PCB either did not return my call or online inquiry or did so 72 hours after the inquiry. Reviews for local transportation companies was very poor so I looked outside PCB. I called 654 Limo where a real person answered the phone, answered my questions and took my reservations. Five minutes later Walter, the driver who was assigned to me, called to confirm details for the trip which was six days out. On the day of my flight Walter called two hours before pick-up to check-in. He arrived early (I happened to be downstairs early myself) and was helpful loading my luggage and made sure I had a power port available to plug in my phone. Walter made the drive pleasant, engaging in conversation easily and also made me feel quite comfortable to relax and read my book. The van was the cleanest vehicle I have ever seen. At the airport Walter took care of my baggage and made sure I got connected to the airport luggage staff. I can highly recommend Walter. read more

had a very disappointing and stressful experience with 654 Limo in Chicago. One of their drivers rear-ended my car three weeks ago, and I am still dealing with the consequences. At the scene, I was given an insurance card, but when I tried to file a claim, I was informed that the insurance information provided was not valid. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact the company for updated insurance details and assistance. Unfortunately, management has not responded to my calls or messages. It has now been three weeks with no resolution, no valid insurance information provided, and no accountability. I am now being forced to move forward with repairing my vehicle on my own. I would strongly caution others to verify insurance coverage before using this company. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. read more

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are dishonest and completely uncaring. We arranged a 15-person van to take our extended family to Bellengrath Gardens for the Christmas light show. Two days before, my niece suddenly became very ill and was hospitalized. Needless to say, the family would be at the hospital and unable to go see the Christmas lights. I called early the next morning from the hospital to advise the company about the medical emergency and that we would not be able to use the van. The person was very sympathetic and said that he would take care of cancelling the trip and refunding the deposit. He said that we would receive a confirmation. Later in the day, not having received any confirmation, I called back. This time I spoke with someone named Pricella. She could not have cared less about my niece. She said that they would not refund any of the almost $1,200 that we had paid. Unbelievable! I asked that the manager call to discuss, but Pricella said that as she would not do so. read more

Late and lied. We called at 1018 asking where our taxi was. They said 15 minutes at the most. At 1033 we called back, they said 10 more minutes. Called back 10 minutes later and they said 2 or 3 more minutes. In an effort not to lose business they continue to lie to us. Instead if they would've just told us 30 minutes we would've found another mode of transportation... would not recommend this company. read more

I rented the 29-PAX Limo Bus for my son's 21st birthday celebration transportation, for 4 hours. Todd, our chauffeur not only communicated appropriately and clearly, but recommend the best spot for my son and his crew to party the night away. We were transported from Santa Rosa to Destin, and stopped for ice and drink on the way there, and stopped for food on the way home. Todd was amazing and the limo party bus was beautiful, and as pictured online. I'm delighted that I went with 654limo for our transportation needs. I highly recommend 654limo service and will definitely book again. My son loved it! read more

I rented one of their party buses for a Saturday night. The transaction was fairly easy and they definitely try to accommodate your needs. The staff was very courteous and professional. The driver showed up at the house on time and the party bus was clean and had all the glasses, ice, etc setup right. He did everything your suppose to and more as a driver i.e. helped the ladies and some dudes (drunk) with a helping hand to get in/out of the bus. We went bar hopping around destin/sandestin and the driver took us around with no problems. The party bus will probably sit comfortably around 23 people. We had 26 and was kind of crowded. The interior was big enough to stand and easy to move around. The party bus had enough storage to put all the alcohol/mixers we brought (approx 30 bottles). The bus also has a couple of tvs and a playstation 3 to play rock band but we never used it. I was kind of disappointed that the bus didnt have an ipod hook up so we had to hook it up through the ps3. The sound system was good until it started to cut in and out b/c of power issues. After a hour or so the party bus had trouble with powering everything (music, A/C, lights inside, etc). Eventually we had to cut off the music b/c it would go in and out and got very annoying. But I guess that's better than having no A/C or worse running out of alcohol. The driver did whatever he could to fix the problem but we just told him to forget about it. Overall it was a great night so thanks 654 limo for the great service! read more

The first time I called they could not take a reservation due to equipment failure. The second time I called I was on hold for 12 min and then the attendant hung up and did not call back. Their price for a black luxury sedan is $60 more than their competitor for transportation to ECP. And they refused to refund a $200 order placed in error. 654 Limo is a waste of your time and money. read more

DO NOT GET A PICK UP FROM 654Limo!!!!! My husband ordered a black Escalade to pick us up for the send off from our wedding. My husband called 2 other car services before this one that said they did not guarantee that we would be able to be picked up by an Escalade. We only booked this service because they guaranteed that we would get an Escalade. The car was booked to pick us up at 10:00pm. 10:05 came around and the car wasn't there to get us. My husband texted the driver to see where he was and he said he was 15 minutes away. The photographer and videographer had to leave and missed the send off. It was 10:30 before the car got there and it wasn't even a black Escalade, it was a white limo!!!! We paid $175 for what we thought was a Escalade to drive us just one mile down the road to our hotel and they were late and sent the wrong car! We called later and the service would only refund us 50% of what we paid! So basically we paid 654Limo $100 to to pick us up late and drive us one mile in a car we didn't want. We've used this company in the past. First time the limo showed up to pick 14 kids up at the wrong location. I understood, things happen and the driver did his best to make it right. The second time we used them it was flawless. We simply requested a "pick-up and drop off" 15-20 min ride. They were happy to do so. Obviously times have changed. We called and asked for the same for our daughter's home coming and were told we had to rent for a min of 3 hours!!!! Over $500.00!!! For a 15 min ride!!!! The lady at the office we spoke to was a disaster and rude. She would not budge or try and accommodate anything. We even offered to pay for an hour... Nothing!! Hung up the phone and called Bay limo..... Person was awesome..... Totally switched some things around for us and gave us exactly what we requested!!!! Obviously they are in the service business and 654 is not!!! Bay Limo will be my new go-to from now on. I'm going to make this as polite as possible - but this was the worst experience I've ever had with ANY company. I rented a limo bus for my wedding a few weeks in advance. 15 minutes before the driver was supposed to show up on the day of my wedding, when I was putting on my wedding dress - I got a call saying that the bus had broken down. Not only was I unable to have bridal party photos taken, but my groom and I had to have our photographers give us a ride to and from our first look location, as we had a destination wedding and none of our guests had cars. In attempts to fix the situation, the company send a *dirty* Hummer limo to my venue, almost 2 hours after our original reservation. Not only did the limo not fit our party, but it was very uncomfortable to get in and out of in dresses, the floors were dirty, the radio was broken and fuzzy and the lights were broken. We ended up using the limo for about 15 minutes, and went back to our wedding - as the limo not showing up had actually delayed our entire day. If that wasn't bad enough, when I called the next day and spoke to an INCREDIBLY rude man (who turned out to be the owner), and explained why I felt that I shouldn't have to pay several hundred dollars for a service that wasn't provided 1) on time 2) correctly, he became incredibly angry and aggressive and kept telling me how I shouldn't tell him how to run his business. (I didn't want to run his business, all I wanted was my money back) While I understand that things happen (and I am grateful that I was able to get a full refund after QUITE a long time on the phone with several different people) - this company was not only unprepared for a Plan B, but were EXTREMELY unprofessional about righting their wrong. MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY! June 5th 2014. Limo broke down twice.First, Chrysler 300 left me stranded for 1 hr 20 minutes with 10 kids (in the heat). Andre one of the owners showed up, no apologies, but brought water for Chrysler engine. Meanwhile, kids get water from strangers on side of hwy ( after drinking all the waters in limo). Next, hummer limo shows up but starts smoking at Destin commons (ac compressor goes out). We drive for 30ish minutes ( no AC ) back to drop off point. Late, apologetic and heat exhausted I was comforted by polite driver Lee`s promises to make things right by trying to get us a refund or courtesy ride. NEITHER HAS HAPPENED. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME. I called recently to inquire about limo ride (courtesy) but before clarification, representitive from company explained there was a hummer available for reservation. I politely explained who I was and let her know I was inquiring about courtesy limo ride, I was put on hold and then told no service available. When I questioned availability of hummer limo she had just mentioned I was told that vehicle not available for comp ride. MORAL of story: Andre was cool and shielded from the heat in his Mercedes his business will continue as normal and hes not concerned about one mom with 10 kids and one bad limo ride experience.That about sum up? This company was booked for me by Price 4 Limo and I had several problems with them that I dealing with independently so I will address my issue with 654limo only. I had a 26 passenger van/bus rented to pick 23 children up for their homecoming at 7pm on September 20th. I get a call at 630pm from Andre stating the bus had a blowout and he could send 2 limos but would not be available til 9pm. That was not an option as the kids dance started at 7pm. We opted to be refunded the money and I was advised by Andre this would be handled first thing Monday the 22nd. I called on Monday to follow up as this money needed to be given back to the kids and I was told a credit ( in the form of a check) could be issued to me in 5-7 business days. Come the weekend no check. I even had a few parents call me mad about the money not being returned when I had not even received it. I gave them 654's number and Andre proceeded to tell the parents that I had already been credited the money. I called him on that same night of being told this inquiring why he gave out false info and he told me he did not have time to talk and after keeping him on the phone his story was he told the parents a credit was issued but he knew nothing else. That one is still a no win. So on Monday the 29th I called Sena asking status. I was told it had been initiated the week of the 22nd and to allow more time. I called on October 1st and was told checks are only sent out on Wednesday and Friday. Well we have had 3 of those. I came home today 10 full business days later and no check. I called Sena and was told the check was mailed yesterday????a Thursday??I only thought checks were mailed on wed and fri????and that is a whole 9 business days since the incident. My most frustrating part of this was the lies or lack of information Andre gave out to these parents so I suggest if you prefer an honest company look elsewhere. I also question if the bus was even headed this way to pick our children up. I am sure they will delete this but I will also post with the BBB and anywhere else that I can. read more
