The sales associate who assisted us was friendly and helpful, but we decided to come back another day to consider our options before making the purchase. When we returned, we were assisted by Amer who was just as helpful and friendly as the sales associate we met on our initial visit. We made the purchase that day for delivery the next and added on the pick up service they offer for a fee. Amer was proactive with calling beforehand to ensure that we would be home to receive the delivery, and we managed to set a time that would work for the both us. The pick up and drop off went well. We were in a building with no elevator so we decided to carry our futon down to the entrance before their arrival. Once they got here, they carried the sofa bed all the way up our staircase and into our suite. Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping at this store if you're looking for furniture. The prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and the process was efficient!

Maria took so much time with us explaining how the frame could be customized: I wanted the headboard a little lower, with some of it open to the wall behind it, rather than solid wood right to the top. Nothing was too much trouble. Then she showed us the different wood stains I could choose. Personalized service throughout. Several times later, I emailed questions to her; her answers were prompt and detailed. As promised, the bed was delivered a week ago, early February, as promised. The Coquitlam store also kept me informed on a regular basis of the ETA. I was provided with the contact for the delivery men and they in turn also gave me a window of time for next day's delivery, then called just prior to arrival. Several days after delivery I heard by phone again, to find out if I was happy with everything. I am so happy with the design of the bed, the professional finish on the wood. It suits my bedroom perfectly. The four drawers operate smoothly and provide good storage. After seeing the mattress in the showroom, I had decided to order it, too. One look at my driver she knew we needed to double back around the building. A parking spot appeared out of nowhere and we at the door as the gates rouse. What felt like 150 people but really was only half that rushed in the parking lot area looking for bargain furniture. The Garage was dark the only colours clearly were black and white, displays started with the kitchen chairs dining tables bed frames and mattresses in warped in plastic bags like unused condoms. Our mission was a New Couch; we needed to get to the upper level of the garage before the others. We made our way past commission salesmen that all wanted us to know their names, sorry guys you're all buddy to me today. There were day labours dressed in company tee shits standing around waiting to use their strong backs to move the closed deals. In what felt like forever but took less than 90 seconds we moved to the parking lots living room display area. A few dozen couches and love seats were there to choose from. Our goal find a couch that meet our aesthetic needs and will fit into our modest condo space. In the end it narrowed down to your three classic choices. Two White Leather Natuzzi pieces and unbranded fabric couch that just seemed so bland. With Split second accuracy we looked at each after sitting on the White Couch and Love Seats they were both so comfortable, but we decided we are just not White Couch people after-all and removed ourselves from the madness of the event and spent a wonderful day at the beach instead.

So while walking 4th on our way for an afternoon at the beach this place jumped out an me; more specifically the SALE signs did. The outside isn't much to look at in fact under any other circumstances I wouldn't have given it another look. The place was definitely no frills but there was a great selection. The thing that really sold us was the customization. Pick the size, the fabric, the legs, how many pillows and so on and so forth. No one wants a cookie cutter home so this was a great refresher from any IKEA shopping trip. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to get us our sofa produced and delivered within 2 weeks. The only issues I had were his staff had no idea what was going on when I called, I was told they would call me back to confirm delivery and they never did and after confirming a time to pick up some special order legs they were no where to be found; unfortunately these happen to be a few of my pet peeves. Now granted I got a great deal on my Sofa, had it delivered (after a few phone calls) and got the legs (after he pulled them off the floor model) all at about a $500 savings. Im gonna say it was worth it. Deal with the owner and expect a few hick-ups but know that theres some doe in it for you.

Like the other reviewer mentioned, there was mix up with delivery for my two items (sofa & table/chairs) and I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with the delivery. The sofa didn't come with the legs attached although they said it was fully assembled. When I called about it, the delivery guy yelled at me on the phone! He tried to convince me I said it was ok for him to not attach the legs. That makes no sense at all since I have no tools, so why would I turn him down? Of course, when I said that he exploded and yelled at me for calling him a liar. What an unpleasant and uncomfortable phone call! I asked the delivery guy to have the owner call me, but I didn't receive a call back. The final nail in the coffin was that the table arrived with a gash on the side which I didn't catch til later. It's my own fault for not inspecting carefully, but it really made for an even worse experience. I didn't bother calling the store again because I just didn't want to deal with them anymore. I'd recommend going elsewhere for furniture purchases!
