It's all about him and his business cause he's the ceo and he rather pass you off after especially if you don't give him another 12k a month. How can a company think a business that hasn't sold one item can pay him 12k a month before the site is launched and before the site even works... he wants to charge you and he is happy to do so, but why would you email market a site that is so unfriendly to users and why would you pay for advertising to get visitors when the site won't close any sales due to its usability and functionality? I was hoping they actually did care about the site and the final product and that they would be a good company and have the site ready to launch and want you to succeed.
