You can see my real nail. If I had a picture of both of my hands. You would be able to see that my nails were uneven.

Well I thought I would give this place a shot with them being new But I made the wrong choice. I do not know the ladies name that did my nails but she did a horrible job. I got French tip and the white tips on my nails were so uneven, they were not the same size as others. They just were awful but i decided to just deal with them ya know everyone deserves a chance but then Just 2 days after I got them done one popped off. So I called, asked if they could fix them. I go In she fixes that one nail then redoes all of my other ones not the tips just the other part of the nail, they still looked awful you could see my real nail. But I didn't want to complain again so I went along. Once again my nail popped off. So I call and ask if they could take them all off and redo my whole set. Well I go in they take my nails off, a lady asked how much I paid I told her $70 and she try to say I didn't that the day I got them done they had 10% off that I only paid $60. I showed her a bank statement, she gave me my money back and told me to go somewhere else. Just in a very rude way. They are rude and do a terrible job.So if I was you, I wouldn't go there.

Donna always does a PERFECT job on my nails, she really takes pride in her work and it shows. I've had the hardest time finding a nail salon that does work up to my standards, but I finally found the one! I will forever visit her for all of my nail needs!

My skin is glued to the underside of my nails. I've been trying to pry it off ever since I left.

I went because of their FB ad claiming they don't reuse nail files and they autoclave all their instruments. This is false. I didn't see one bagged item and everything they used came out of a bin they keep on their cart or in their drawer. When my feet were being scrubbed, there was a hair on it. If I had seen it when he started I would've stopped him from using it. I haven't looked closely at my toes yet so I can't comment on the work but for the most part the pedicure was nice. Now for my nails. I asked for the dip. I've never had it before so I didn't know what to expect. What I got was lumpy uneven nails with bits of cotton stuck in it and chewed up cuticles. The manicure part of my manicure never happened. No soaking, no trimming of my cuticles unless her grinding them off with the dremel was that part. I have so much of the liquid stuck under my nails right now it's almost uncomfortable. On their ad they recommend dip because there's no "light curing involved." This is false. She used the light over and over. I have to say as someone who rarely treats herself, this is a huge disappointment. It's almost 2 hours later and the skin around my cuticles are starting to swell and turn red. I don't even want to go back to have them fix it because I wouldn't trust them near my hands ever again.

I really am not the person to complain, but in this case I think it's irresponsible not to share my…read moreexperience. I came to this salon with three week grown out acrylics on my nails. I specifically asked for a soak off and gel polish. The person at the front was very friendly and connected me with the man who would be doing my nails, and I was led to my seat. Once I was seated, the man confirmed with me what I wanted, to which I stated specifically a second time, "a soak off and gel polish." He asked if I wanted a manicure too and I decided I would add a manicure as well. The man began prepping my nails for the soak off (roughing them up, removing the polish, and taking the shiny layer off). Then he abruptly stopped and started looking at my nails. I had no idea what he was examining, but it looked like he was trying to figure out if I had tips on my nails (I didn't). He then took out the long tips they usually glue onto shorter nails. He took the sharp corner of the tip, forced it under my acrylic, and ripped the acrylic nail off. I was shocked. The pinky nail he did this too was clearly damaged, but still had length, so I thought maybe it would be okay. But then he continued this method for three more nails. I deeply wish I had spoken up sooner, but I was genuinely so confused. I can rip the nails off myself-why would I pay to have someone else do it so brutally? Surely he had a purpose? The purpose, I'm convinced, was to save time. When I started bleeding after he ripped my pointer finger past the quick, held my hand up to me and laughed... I finally spoke up. "Could you soak them off and not rip them?? Because you can see I'm bleeding now." He nodded and resumed his original prep of roughing up the acrylic nail and soaked the rest of my nails off. I would have left immediately after the nails were removed, but the nails that had been destroyed were so jagged they were getting caught on my clothes, so I allowed him to trim my nails (what was left of them) and file the nails that weren't damaged. I left immediately after that. Paid the $10 I owed and did not leave a tip. Because why would I leave a tip when I was literally injured and laughed at? Once I got to my car and relayed the events to my husband, he thought it was inappropriate to pay them at all and he made a call. I will say, I was very happy with the customer service on this end of things. The woman he talked to was very apologetic and happily refunded me the $10 I paid for that brutality. I definitely don't recommend this place. I'd been there before and left with nothing resembling what I'd asked for. The only reason I returned was out of necessity and I didn't imagine a soak off and polish would be easy to screw up, but boy was I wrong!

"Disorganized, unsafe hormone care at a med spa disguised as a medical clinic."…read more I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Profiles Laser & Medical regarding hormone replacement therapy (HRT). From my very first visit in December, the provider seemed scatterbrained and distracted. Despite serious health concerns (hysterectomy with residual endometriosis, spinal cord tumor history, ongoing hormone deficiencies), my treatment has been handled more like a med spa add-on service than true medical care. Key issues: * Unqualified staff handling medical intake: My "front desk" contact and the person who weighed me, took my vitals, and gathered my medical history turned out to be an aesthetician/laser tech, not a licensed nurse or medical assistant. This was never disclosed up front. * Delayed and inconsistent communication: Messages and emails often came weeks late, sometimes signed by the provider but sent from the aesthetician, which was very confusing. * Poor hormone management: Instead of adjusting carefully, all three hormones (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone) were doubled at once based on outdated labs. This led to massive swings in my levels -- from dangerously low to excessively high -- with no timely re-testing. Requests for labs at 6-8 weeks were dismissed, leaving me symptomatic and in the dark for months at a time. * Provider focus elsewhere: The main clinician splits time between a hospital job and this spa, and a location in Franklin and it shows. Patient care feels like an afterthought. Bottom line: Hormone replacement therapy requires careful titration, close follow-up, and trained medical professionals. This clinic operates like a beauty spa that dabbles in hormones. If your health is on the line, I recommend seeking care elsewhere with a full-time, specialized hormone provider who takes patient safety seriously.
