I graduated at the top my class and left with a good education and good relationships with everyone. However I'm leaving this review because I'm currently applying for jobs and one place I applied to requested certifications of gear and software that I have. After talking to a representative of the school, I just found out I have to pay to get a digital email of my transcript and certifications I got while I was there. This is ridiculous. I had received copies of these emailed to me after I received these certifications while I was at the school, but unfortunately didn't save them. Considering how much I paid to go to this school, I should not have to pay to get my transcript from them. I'm honestly sad to leave this review, but I don't know who else to talk to. i will delete it if they resolve this situation.

I was recently referred to Positive Network Media for a project I had to transfer my old band's…read moremaster DAT recording of an all original 7 song EP we made in 1992. I spoke with Shane, the owner, and he said he could transfer and master the DAT recording to both WAV and MP3 formats. We made arrangements to meet so I could provide him the materials for the job. After meeting with Shane and discussing the project in a little more detail, I knew he was the right choice. Less than a week later he contacted me to say the job was completed and ready. We made arrangements to meet again for pick-up when it was convenient for my schedule. Once there, he took the time to walk me through the breakdown of the way he set up the folders and files on the USB drive I supplied for the transfer. Everything was perfect and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The pricing I was quoted at the beginning was more than fair and the quality and quick turn around for completion was great as well. Shane was professional but still very friendly, personable and easy to deal with. I will certainly be using Positive Network Media's services again in the future for any other projects. I would also definitely recommend them to anyone who has recording or multimedia work that needs to get done. More businesses need to follow the example of customer service that I experienced with this company.

Everyone I spoke to was really nice, and I was able to get my flute serviced quickly. The instrument repair person is there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They did a pretty good job, but definitely didn't polish my flute, which I was kind of disappointed about, especially since I asked it to be thoroughly cleaned (this was also indicated on my service ticket they typed up). I was able to polish it myself after I got it back with a silver polishing cloth that I had to purchase. They have a huge variety of instruments, accessories, and books! It does seem to be more catered to guitars/percussion, but they still had a decent selection for woodwinds and brass. They also have tons of teachers that do private lessons. I will definitely be returning if I need anymore repairs done, as they did a nice job with those!

If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options.
