Their location was not convenient and after a year they raised their rate in my opinion excessively. I found Jones Mini Storage/American Storage and they were very responsive. The units are clean and in a nice area, very easy to access. We have since found a place for all our things and totally moved in so we have moved out of the unit but I appreciate their service and clean units. I highly recommend!

I have rented storage units from different facilities in Durham and Raleigh, with very different outcomes. When I moved back to Rocky Mount and I rented this unit I was extremely pleased with the nice gentleman in the office as well as the size and price of the units. However, every time I had to talk to the owner she always seemed to be in a bad mood. I know how it is to deal with the public because I have to do that in my everyday life with my own profession, but I would think that she would know how to roll with the punches and not take her frustrations out on every customer. They all aren't the same. Even though I've had mixed feelings about her I would still rent from this facility again and I will continue to refer them to other people.

They said they could help us and we booked the service. They came out with what looked like a shark vacuum. They said it would take couple hours. It took about 45 min. And our floors looks exactly like they did before they came out. They have a 7 day complaint policy. I called within that time frame to discuss my displeasure. I was told that I did not discuss my issue while the cleaners were here and that I should have said something then. They proceeded to tell me that they are good people and are not trying to rip me off. Yet never got a call back except for when the own butt dialed me while at a little league game. Called let messages and nothing. The woman who works there answering phones was nice and seemed like she wanted them to come back out and fix the issue but in the end the issue was never resolved. Left several messages and never a call back. The service cost 512.40 and the service. The result was mopping our floors for 500 dollars. Update to the owners response: I really wish they had reached out to me to try to resolve the issue. I hate writing poor views on family owned companies but it's really insulting to be ignored and avoided when trying to get satisfied from a service that was not done correctly. There was no follow up on my phone calls. I asked that they come back and do the recommend service since the result was not satisfactory. No follow up and no response was rendered.
