Unless I was the one constantly following up, I rarely received updates or heard from anyone. I constantly felt like I had to chase them just to find out what was happening. Another frustrating part of my experience was that it seemed like there was a new person handling my case almost every time I followed up. The frequent staff turnover made it difficult to get consistent answers, and I often felt like I had to explain my case over and over again. I was rear-ended while pregnant, and the accident was serious enough that I was hospitalized afterward. Despite those circumstances, I never felt like my case was taken seriously or that the firm fought to maximize my claim. Instead, I felt they were too willing to settle rather than advocate for my best interests.
