I received an email from the manager of about my review. Usually if a manager is reaching out regarding a customer concern, they are doing so to get more information and to try to make things right. Instead, after reading the manager's email, I felt the manager was saying that this was somehow my fault and that my concerns were not valid. I also really didn't appreciate her using capital letters in her email to emphasize her points. Update #1: I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. U-Haul reached out and offered a $50 credit. I felt that was fair and I am willing to use them again.

Steve's customer service skills are impeccable. From the first phone call to the leveling of the buildings after delivery I could not be more happy with our decision to do business with Steve Flowers. At 12' X 32" foot (tack room and 2 stalls) it set perfectly level off of the trailer and onto the prepared building pad.
