Finally made it over to 519 to try the salt and vinegar fish and chips I keep seeing on instagram and it did not disappoint!! A delicious extra crispy chip batter coating a perfectly cooked juicy piece of fish accompanied by perfectly cooked fries, coleslaw and a creamy tartar sauce for dipping!! we were seated in what was like a after thought in the restaurant, almost like a school canteen, even though I had booked a table. we did ask to be moved into the other section of the restaurant but that was a big fat no. and yet, because we were in listening area. found out there was space for those who hadn't booked, and they got seated in that area. food was ok, the special was aunt Vicky fish and chips, nice size but not as good as we thought it could be, more batter than fish. my daughter had a chicken burger, with no mayo or dressing of any sort on it.also None of the beers my husbands likes were on offer. so had to go with something similar. this was the first time we had been there and it will be my last. the waitress was good, didn't bother hovering which is good for us. I would give it a 4 out of ten. to make the room we were in, make it less canteen like, should get rid of looking into kitchen no one wants to see there food being prepared and make it a cosier area. every spot in the other area had a tv, maybe just one large on the wall. meant to feel like a pub type place not a canteen. read more

Extremely poor service and overly priced for what you get. For example, the pan seared salmon comes with poor quality rice and no veggies for $28. The fried cheese curds were mostly batter and greasy. Other than getting our drinks and main order, the waitress was not to be found, but the final bill came quickly. 1ST time eating out in a year-- 519 was a complete let down I came with a party of 5 each of us had issues with our meal Only one of my guests returned their food It was not edible The waitress although friendly came to our table once & we had to ask for a refill Our appetizer came with burnt pitas and a handful of nachos , the cheese on top wasn't melted and came off in a clump --The onion burger was burnt and had some sauce that was awful -- I had a Vegetarian Quesadilla the vegetables were raw and no grill touched them -- a guest had Buttermilk Chicken Tenders over fried -- Ceasar salad was over dressed -- the chicken wings that were on sale that day they were lack luster & if fried there was no crisp to them at all but, the sausage soup was fantastic. unfortunately I will never go or bring guests to 519 again read more

Wasn't sure what to expect from the description but was pleasantly surprised. The bar area seating is a large space with plenty of booths, bar seating, and high tables. Ordered buffalo cauliflower bites and the signature salad. The cauliflower was perfectly cooked- not mushy, still had a bite- but I did find them a tad salty. The salad was absolutely delicious. Goat cheese and candied pecans are life. I'm in town for one more night and I may go back tonight for this salad again. Service was very good- quick and attentive even though they were busier than I would have expected for a Monday night. read more

When ordering take out rarely gets your order correct. Either missing items from your order which they charged you for, undercooked food, soggy food, cold food and the audacity for the staff to be as rude as they are. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Waste of time and money. they should take notes from other local establishments that know how to run a business with good food and service. read more

Stopped in again at 519 Table and Pour for an evening out and was kind of disappointed in the meal and so decided to update my earlier review. We had the deep fried curds for a starter, which appeared to have been cooked to hot or too long as most of the pieces were just shells of deep fried batter with no cheese. For our mains I had the chicken supreme, smashed redskin potatoes, and side ceasar. My wife had the fish special, pan fried pickerel, fries, and sautéed vegetables. The chicken supreme was ok but the potatoes were kind of pasty. My wife's entree was somewhat disappointing with the smallest piece of fish and bland veggies. For the price, the meal was kind of a let down. read more

Three of us went for lunch. Lunch is served only on Friday and Saturday. I had the traditional burger, which came with excellent fries and cole slaw. Burger eas awesome. My eife had the pickeral dinner with ywo sides. Excellent too. You have a choice of sitting in bar area which has a TV at each table... Great for watching sports. Another room has six pool tables and four TV screens. We ate in the dining room which wad really nice. A window extends the length of the room so you can view inside the kitchen. Ive been coming to Walkerton for many years hunting and fishing and that town really needed some fine dining! 519 Table and Pour nail it with this place. Great menu with several different options from Burgers, Steaks, and Seafood. We cant wait for hunting season to get back and enjoy some cold OV on draft and enjoy another steak watching the 85 inch flat screen! read more

We have been here twice now and have been extremely happy with both the service and the food. So far, everything we have ALL ordered has been very tasty and good amounts of it! It also has a nice clean billiards area that added a bit more fun to our night! This place is a gem and we will defiantly be back! read more

My family of 5 had a wonderful dinner; ordered the lobster ravioli, sirloin panini, signature burger, chicken 519 and the pan fried pickerel. Everything was delicious. Our server, Jeremy, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend! read more
