STAY AWAY. I'm just one guy doing consulting work inside a corporation. I needed a lean, low cost accounting option because there is not much activity. 514 Accounting was the complete opposite. Nadia suggested monthly bookkeeping using quickbooks, between her fees and the subscription, I was paying between 250 and 300$ per month. The year end taxes were 2500$, and did not include the T5 slip, which was an additional 400$. My company is only 8 months old, but has already paid about 5000$ in accounting fees. When I found out that I could do my own T5 slip in about 10min online with my CRA account, I asked Nadia why she charges 400$ for that, and apparently it's the standard rate for all her clients. I'm sorry for the those of you still in that group. I did some research and found a new accountant. 400$ per year for automated bookkeeping, 600$ for year end taxes, and 79$ for T5. read more

I was so happy to find Nadia to help my file my taxes this year! Working for an Ontarian company but living in Quebec makes navigating all the rules pretty complicated, so I was happy to find someone to help me figure this out. She has either 5 star reviews or 1 star review. So your experience will be either really bad or really good. You have a 50/50 percent chance. I think she knows her job, but she doesn't care if she does it well or poorly. When you pay for a service, to be honest, a great service is expected for the rates that she charges, because that's what you are paying for, for someone to do the job that you can't do yourself, because your expertise is not in accounting! My distrust in her was what made me buy a book and learn a bit of accounting (thank you bookkeeping for Canadians) which was what helped me notice her mistakes when applying different taxes to my sales, mistakes in numbers, personal information, a lot of detail mistakes, that shouldn't be happening. Gotta thank her for making me a little bit more accounting savvy. Anyway, is your choice, you have 50/50 percent chance with her. She will either do a great job or she will fuck you up with the CRA. Stay away from Nadia. read more

Nadia is an incredibly greedy and stupid woman. SHE DOES NOT KNOW THE TAX LAWS! Seriously, this woman had no idea what to do, and to boot it all -- she asked me to pay her cash, because we don't have a business connection. This was all prior to her doing any filing for me. Like, of course we don't have a business connection.. you haven't finished your job! Then she had the audacity to tell me that I should focus on my business and let her focus on hers. Avoid this idiot. read more

She (Nadia) just told me I had to pay her cash, because she doesn't have a business relationship with me yet. Yesterday, she was advising me about needing a corporate bank account. When I called her out on wanting cash, she said she didn't mean to insult me. Dishonest, disappointing, unethical and gross. Avoid. read more

Stay away from her! She will get you in trouble! She DOES NOT KNOW tax laws! She filed my taxes, made deductions and I ended up with a tax audit that I am going through right now. I damn the day I contacted her! Get a Certified Public Accountant, but NOT HER!!!!!! read more
