They were very helpful and made sure that they placed everything were I wanted it. They even called me when they were stuck in a little traffic on the way to deliver, but I was ok with it because the drop off time was hours before my event. I love that they offer super early delivery as early as 8am I believe, which gives you time to set up everything as you wish. They also don't rush you for a pick up time. They picked everything up at 7pm per my request that time. I also rented the small bounce house again this past Sat just because my son and daughter loved it soo much! They dropped it off at 8:30am and picked it up right about 8:30pm. They very fast and efficient and I will continue to use them again & again as well as recommend them to my fam & friends. They have great Customer Service + competive prices and that is EXTREMELY important because now they have a repeat Customer!

The days leading up to the party I had personal phone calls and texts making sure everything was ready and set to make it a wonderful party. Even as they were out for deliveries that saturday they texted me with updates so I would know when to expect them. They also left the bounce house til 9pm, which thrilled my daughter ;) I don't know if they usually do it, but my daughter's b-day is in February so probably not as much as a demand for bounce houses, but still... We also rented a popcorn machine, which was a big hit. All in all, I'd recommend them to anyone. Great service!

It was difficult to find furniture that fit a modern decor; it seemed every other furniture rental in Austin provided antique/vintage styles. I ordered the furniture last minute on a Thursday for an event coming up on the following Monday. I sent Molly photos of our space, and she put together a proposal with complimentary throw pillows to accentuate the color scheme. She took care of delivery/pick up quickly with no problems. Ok as a business I can see your point. But we asked for the information of their supplier so we could contact them directly to have the tops replaced. Not once not twice not three times but four times. They finally gave us the information. We made contact with their supplier who offered us a big discount on the table to have it replaced. 10th collection told us that we could not do that and said they already ordered a replacement without our knowledge meaning whatever they said we had to pay we had to pay. They deemed the two piece tables a TOTAL LOSS on their end so that's what we had to pay for. We paid the total they were demanding which was over $700. So when it came time to pick up the table they contacted us through emails refusing to communicate over the phone like they have done many of times. They offered to deliver the tables at random when most people are working which did not work for my schedule. Further there was always some.kind of conflict either in my schedule or their schedule to have the tables picked up. We finally contacted 10th collection again where they told us they got rid of the tables taking them out of inventory to make room. They told us several times they no longer had the tables. We then contacted our attorney and told them he would be contact with them. Like magic our total loss tables appeared and could be picked up... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY unless you want to get nickeled and dimed.... After leaving a review on Facebook they were able to contact me thanking for being mature....

Went here to rent some tables and chairs for a small party on 6/2//18. The young lady was very…read morepleasant and showed me the options. Some of the chairs were a little beat up but she picked the best ones out of the bunch and loaded our vehicle for us. It was real easy and very affordable. I will definitely use them again next time.
