On time, courteous and respectful. Quick work and worth the cost. Just nice to get what you expect when looking for help.

Reviewing a little late... Super helpful and knowledgeable. Handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Would definitely call again in the future. read more

Just had my follow up rodent problem. Great service my guy. I got a few quotes before i decided to go with Reed.

I really appreciate how Reid aligns his goals with yours; you don't want bugs to come back, he doesn't want bugs to come back either. That's why he doesn't do contracts where he has a vested interest in coming back. I'd rather spend just a little more (but barely more than a single quarterly bill from others) to solve the problem once, rather than multiple payments over a year (or more). Reid was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, clearly explaining his approach. He was the only company I spoke to that offered spraying UNDER the house in the crawlspace, which I really appreciate because some of our ants were coming up through interior walls inside the house. Not anymore! read more

I had Reed from 503Pest come out for a rodent problem, and I'm really happy with their service. They actually went up into the attic and crawlspace to figure out where the mouse/rat was coming in. They found the entry point pretty quick and sealed it up after baiting the spot. I really appreciated that they actually took the time to check those hard-to-reach places instead of just spraying some stuff and calling it a day like other companies. Reasonable priced and no long term service contract. read more

503 pest was quick and efficient in solving our rat issue. I had another company come out that was unsuccessful in taking care of our rat problem and Reed came and crawled under the house inspecting all areas of the crawl space, replaced broken Screens to prevent continued entry, set traps under and around the house, and came back for a follow up to make sure the problem was solved. Reed is professional, honest, friendly, and efficient. 503pest is the only company I would use for pest control, as they are affordable and get the job done. read more

Amazing service! Reed was so professional and friendly and answered all our questions making us feel completely satisfied with his service. He goes in crawl spaces and attics to check everything out. I thought we might have a mice problem but with all his searching in places I would not dare go, he assured us we did not. Wow, we will definitely be calling him with all our future pest. We will also be sharing with our friends of his service. 100% satisfied!!! Will never use another service again. read more

Reed is one of a kind. He came back to help us many times to make sure the job was done- which it was basically the first time he came out! Anytime we heard a rustle we felt very comfortable getting ahold of him; he was helpful and available to us. We are now pest free, which is important to a family with a young kiddo. Additionally, Reed is incredible respectful and conscientious when it comes to COVID measures. read more

We are moving, and had 503 PEST come out after we had our inspection done. Reed is very friendly, professional and has competitive rates. He set some traps up in the crawl space and on the exterior part of our home and came back a week later to re-analyze the mice situation. He also fixed our vent so we wouldn't have any future infestations. I would highly recommend 503PEST! read more

Reed is awesome! Has helped us out with yellow jacket nests a couples times now. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. They got on the job fast and got it done. As important to me, their pricing structure was transparent and fair. There are other vendors in town that will try to get you committed with a very low price and then insist on selling you a series of appointments on the premise that many follow ups are needed to get the job done. Many times it isn't and 503pest guarantees their work (a usually a single visit) for a very reasonable duration after their initial work is completed. read more

Very happy with the service. I would recommend to family and friends. Reed took care of my rodent issues and ensured that they do not come back in the future. He was professional and prompt and friendly. read more

We had a mama rat (!!!!) make a nest in our backyard shed. We wanted to know the extent of the problem and searched Angie's List and Yelp for pest control. Lucky for us we landed with 503 Pest. We were able to make an appointment quickly. The service was professional and comprehensive. Thank goodness the issue was isolated (confirmed by Reed with a comprehensive check around our entire house, garage and also the crawl space). We had an initial assessment and one follow up visit. Prices were reasonable and we would use this company again and feel very comfortable recommending them. read more

We hired Reed from 503 Pest to take care of our Ant Issue. He was such a big help!! He came out very quickly, was professional, friendly, and was very confident in his work. He treated the interior, exterior, and the crawl space! I don't trust a whole lot of people, but I will definitely recommend Reed if anybody needs ant control. read more

Reed did an excellent job, came right on time, treated the interiors/exterior for carpenter ants and continued to be responsive throughout the treatment. He was always readily available via phone and eased our anxiety with our pest situation. read more

We hired Reed and 503Pest to take care of the rat family of 5 that had staked out an area under a porch between 2 townhouses. Reed came out the very next day, developed a plan for fixing the issue and within a week.. problem solved! Reed also provided excellent advice on what we could do to avoid the issue in the future. Our issue was handled professionally, quickly and all at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Reed and 503Pest to anyone needing Pest control. read more

Reed was a real pro. I've been battling ants for decades and used another service years ago. True to his promise, he treated a number of areas for a reasonable price. He offered good advice for discouraging their future return. Haven't seen an ant for months. read more

Reed is very personable and easy to deal with. He arrived when he said he would (sadly it it necessary to point that out as many don't), was courteous and professional. He took care of some open vents and missing mesh where pigeons had begun to infest my house as well as some holes in the crawlspace and attic. He even spotted a couple of vents that needed replacing that the home inspector had missed when I bought the place. He also threw in a couple of freebies (fixing open vents) while he was here which was nice. Overall it wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for and he did a lot of work for the amount he charged. read more

We were having problems with ants. Reed was quick to come out. Handled the problem quickly. Very fair price. Ants disappeared instantly. We highly recommend Reed and 503Pest. read more

Reed is the best. We heard a squirrel chewing in our attic and he quickly got on the job. He was knowledgeable, assessed the source of the problem and got it resolved in no time. Fair pricing and personal service. We would definitely hire Reed again. Thank you for taking what could have been a nightmare and making it a very pleasant experience! read more

Truly superb! Reed answered all our questions, and made sure the house was completely treated - including into the crawlspace underneath! He was available sooner than anyone else, had competitive rates (nobody was less expensive), called when he was going to be 15 minutes late (as opposed to having to wait for sometime in a 2-hour window, like others), and really went the extra mile to ensure we investigated and treated EVERY possible area! Highly recommended! read more

Reed Morrison, owner/operator of 503 Pest Control, did an outstanding job mitigating rodents in my girlfriend's Northeast Portland house and cleaning out her attic due to pest problems. He was diligent, honest and professional throughout the process. And a very nice guy to boot. Another pest management biz she hired previously did a lost job. In all honesty, you'd be foolish to hire anyone other than 503 Pest for pest management challenges. (I'm not related and do not get any spiffs or commissions from him or his company.) read more

I had an emergency situation and Reed saved the day. He made an appointment to bid the job the day after we spoke on the phone. Reed was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He is clearly passionate about pest control and customer service. It was obvious when he thoroughly inspected my property and explained the cause of the problem and how 503PEST would take care of it. He began work the same day and finished well before the deadline I gave him. I am more than pleased with the quality of work and professionalism Reed and his team displayed while working on my home. If you are looking for a company to remove rodents, disinfect your home and/or provide ongoing pest control, please hire 503PEST! read more

503PEST was the 3rd company I called regarding a quote for a squirrel in my attic and possible mice under my house. I picked Reed for the job because he was honest businessman and willing to get his hands dirty. He climbed up on the roof to inspect, but ended up chasing the squirrel off the roof! He even helped trim my tree to ensure it couldn't get back up. He did a temporary patch to monitor for any additional activity and a week later came back to permanently patch our roofline as discussed. There was also an opening under our house. He set traps and monitored for activity there too. When he came back the following week he confirmed no activity and did the permanent patch there too. All done! Reed offers all the trapping, monitoring, and cleanup services the other companies do. The difference was that he did not try to sell me services I did not need. He gave me his professional opinion on my specific situation. I never go under my house to look around so I have to have a pest guy I can trust to tell me the truth. I highly recommend Reed. read more
