Pinnacle Storage to the rescue! I'm so glad we found this place-- they were so incredibly helpful and nice! Jodie, the manager on duty, was so friendly and helpful, offering us water, frisbees for my kids to play with while we filled out the paperwork, and a friendly welcome to Wilmington. He even helped us manage a dispute with U-haul with a truck we'd rented. The facility is very clean, well organized and safe (gates & locks with access codes for entry in multiple places.) They offer climate controlled storage, which was important to us. Their rates are very competitive if not cheaper, and the hours of access are better than most in the area. If you need after-hours access, that's also available with a quick phone call to schedule it. I highly recommend Pinnacle Storage.

The brand new facility recently built has a variety of self storage units, over 750 units in a climate controlled environment. They range in an array of sizes. Both ease of entry and exit from the self storage units are seamless. Code to open gate and automatic doors across the enclosed facility make it a breeze for the most part. Also they have great equipment such as dollies and hand trucks. Extremely clean and no insects, bugs, etc. to be concerned about. They run specials such as 1 month free with the opening of an account as well as pay for 4 months and get 6 months, 2 additional free months. While there are several self storage facilities across the Grand Strand, this is one of the better ones. And if you are active or retired military there are other discounts available. This is a very large enclosed self storage place in Little River with easy access to major roads such as 31 and 17 and others. Do not use Two Men and a Truck (Conway, SC location specifically) if you have a large TV…read more We hired them for a full move with two trucks and four movers. Our 85-inch TV was clearly part of the move, was discussed, and was packed/wrapped by their crew. After the move, we discovered the screen was cracked and the TV was ruined. Yes, we were told the morning of the move that TVs are not covered, and we signed the paperwork. But at that point, we were already moving that day and had no realistic alternative for a 100+ pound, 85-inch TV. That kind of policy should be made crystal clear during the estimate, not when the truck is already there. A moving company should not agree to pack and transport a large, expensive television and then take zero responsibility if it is damaged. "We'll move it, but if we break it, that's your problem" is not acceptable. I spoke to the manager, Keith, and told him we were happy with the move until discovering the broken TV. We generously tipped the 4 movers and I was planning to recommend them as I'm a realtor. He would not give a penny toward our loss. We are now out the cost of replacing an 85-inch TV, which is approximately $2000. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Not only that, there's only Phantom service. somebody comes out and puts locks on if you don't pay. But others in that there's no one to help. there's no bathroom services, so why you and yor people are trying to work some of the hardest jobs in your life. You have to take the time to leave and go find the bathroom. I'm glad life storage doesn't do that. I'm switching over to them in just a very few days.
