We are so happy with the work that Jeff Newlin and his team did to make our home look beautiful…read more The necessary work included cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming and painting every surface of our historic wood sided home. It was done with great care, 5 weeks of uninterrupted work, with diligence and good spirits. Jeff and his crew showed up on time every day, worked hard, and left the work site in good condition at the end of the day. Every detail on the house was expertly addressed including not just paint but also carpentry, masonry, trim, and screen repairs. The cost of the job was that as originally proposed and never was additional payment requested. The team was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. Jeff was careful to keep us updated daily on work progress and any issues that came up during the course of the project. Any problems were quickly addressed with a good solution. We feel like the Newlin Company worked on our house as though it was their own and we are so happy with the finished product.

The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). All in all - someone I will definitely use again if needed.
