The entire system has gone down SEVERAL times within the last couple of months to where we cannot access anything. I recommend printing off all of your service provider's service prices so that when the system is down you can at least have access to that information still. I did give Salonbiz two stars instead of just one because although we have many MANY battles with the system, the customer service is always very nice and helpful, sometimes there is a long wait time, but that can be expected from almost all customer service lines. I just want enterprise back as a backup for the many times that Central is down.
