Now after living in the rental we have some major complaints . At first they didn't even do a walk through, so we had many things that needed fixing . Our mail box was literally cut in half and our dishwasher wasn't put in correctly, etc. then for a couple weeks we didn't have water from early morning until 2pm, making it very inconvenient to do dishes or shower in the morning. Then after 2 or 3 maintenance guys came and 1 plumber , we have no water at all. For over a week we have had zero water which is completely unacceptable . We have had no word for days and if we want an update we have to keep calling . This is a health hazard and I'm beyond upset with how this is being handled . This should be urgent and it's being treated as if we'll get to it when we have a chance. No water to shower , do laundry , wash dishes , wash our hands or even flush out toilets is bullshit . The house is awesome and we love the area but wow I'm pissed about this situation ,

Unfortunately, I was met with complete disinterest and disrespect. There was no greeting--just "What can I help you with?" while she remained on her phone. When I tried to explain the purpose of my visit, she cut me off and said, "Okay, I'll tell them," without asking any questions or showing any engagement. When I requested a business card or contact information to follow up, she refused to provide anything and wouldn't allow me to speak with anyone else in the office. This interaction left a very poor impression of the company. Front desk staff are the first point of contact and should reflect professionalism and basic courtesy. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend addressing the behavior of this employee, as it directly impacts your company's image.
