He is very well known in the Panhandle of Florida for multi million dollar luxury houses. They finished construction within 7.5 months and it was smooth (which is rare). Everything was top of the line, easy to work with and house is immaculate. The owner Steve gave us amazing ideas from high end appliances to marble to floors. We felt completely cared for and have sent numerous referrals. It's nice to have someone with his experience to take the job from start to finish where we trusted his expertise. We will 100% use them again for our next house. I totally recommend!!

My mom's home in Naples had suffered some damage from hurricane Irma in Sept. 2017. Terry Booth (owner) was recommended by Pella to repair/replace some windows and damage to window casings (rotting wood due to water penetration). I am considered to be a fair-minded person and rarely post negative reviews.....but in this case, we could NOT have had a WORSE experience. Not only was Terry Booth completely unreliable, he lied to us continuously, and then proceeded to overcharge my 90 year old mom significantly more than his original estimate. ($13,000.00 more!). He charged her for 3 dumpsters, when the job barely required one, sending workers from his other job sites to dump refuse at her home from his other projects. He subsequently denied doing so. Completely WRONG! Work began in late February and was finished in late June, only due to our constantly asking him about his crew's whereabouts. Lame excuses abounded from him every time...on one occasion he promised their arrival "in 3 minutes....they are 3 minutes away". They didn't show until the NEXT day....poor Terry either cannot tell time, or worse....doesn't know what day it is! We had to force him to provide us an itemized invoice upon completion to try to determine why the job wound up $13,000 over estimate. We tried to negotiate the final payment when we saw the itemization and took issue with certain aspects....His answer was to ignore us and file a lien on the property. In summary, I will say that I feel he took advantage of my recently widowed, elderly mother and is unreliable and unethical. We don't even know if the work he did is solid as he couldn't manage to finish before she had to depart Florida for the summer. Terry Booth and Ellen Williamson - Bristol Bay Development - cross them OFF your list - they are not trustworthy or reliable people and I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone! If I could give them ZERO stars, that would have been my choice.
