Last summer, my wife and I decided to rent out our unit seasonally, as we're full-time residents of NJ. Our initial questions and concerns were immediately addressed by Kelly, who was very knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough in her communication with us. Not having any experience with vacation rentals, Kelly patiently guided us through the process of preparing our place for the upcoming rental season. Not only did Kelly provide us with a list of "must and should" haves, she also recommended equally professional and attentive contractors for cleaning and handyman services. To ensure our place was ready for the season, Kelly even repeatedly volunteered to place packages we shipped to Paseo, inside of our unit, since we were in NJ. Kelly has far exceeded our greatest expectations of what services a management company provides. She is truly approachable, professional, and passionate about her work, and is a genuinely kind person. If anyone is looking to rent out their place, please do consider contacting Kelly of Blue Gulf Realty. I am including her email for future reference. Stay Safe! Rob. Kelly.bluegulfrealty@gmail.com
