I was in desperate need of a cosmetic dentist as I had just badly (and quite noticeably!) chipped my front tooth before leaving town on vacation. This was on a Thursday night I was leaving Friday afternoon. After hysterically crying and panicking, I got around to calling my friend who I had gotten full veneers with 5 Star Smiles a few months ago and couldn't stop talking about how she had the best experience ever (noteworthy, she already had nice teeth but she also now has the best teeth in my friend group- by far!) I called 5 Star Smiles on Friday morning and they said they could get me in same day to fix my tooth! (I am about to cry again just reliving this!) The receptionist helped calm my nerves when I arrived and said that they help people with this all the time. The dentist explained this was a common thing and that because I had no nerve damage I was lucky. He was also an absolute doll and helped put my nerves at ease too. They fixed my tooth and had me out of there in no time and now I cannot shut up about how much I love this place. I do not look like I ever had a chipped front tooth and my tooth feels normal and matches my other teeth. I came back the other day just for a teeth cleaning because I needed a new regular dentist and I really liked these people. Thank you 5 Star Smiles!!!! read more

Nothing like I wanted or expected I wasted a ton of money I supposedly got a deal here my teeth look pretty much the same. Also they don't explain anything about the procedure thank God I had my headphones I was listening to music because the loud noise of them doing your teeth there's no tv and it takes hours. They should atleast let you know what you're getting into. I would've been way better going to Colombia or Mexico paying less and got the big beautiful teeth I wanted. I showed the doctor a picture of what I wanted and they are so small they are resin but I wanted to big resin because they are cheaper than porcelain but wow they are just so tiny and nobody even knows they are done. read more

Honest opinion here: at first I was a little skeptical bc I was traveling out of town & didn't know what to expect. The reviews had been up & down, which made me nervous. However, this dentist exceeded my expectations! The person who booked my appointment, booked it on the wrong date, so I had to change my travel plans & stay a day later than I anticipated. The staff was so nice that whatever I had to pay to change my flight, they deducted it from my total cost. They were also very accommodating. I was allowed to keep my luggage in a separate room until they finished with my veneers. Everyone at the office was very friendly & kept hyping up my new smile! I really loved it there! This definitely made it worth it! Be aware, the way they do things are a little "old school" (for example, taking the x-rays), but they certainly do know what they're doing!! read more

Really wanted to love this place. However after deciding not to get top & bottom veneers. Instead just top veneers. I unfortunately paid the full amount. Leaving without the refund due to the traumatic experience Dr. Correa put me through with the top veneer process. Mind you, I paid For porcelain veneers. I won't disclose the mind boggling price, but yeah.... But leaving to just go home & rest. I decide to visit another dentist that day to get take home whitener for my bottom teeth. I needed pearly whites on the bottom to match my new top veneers. I go to the dentist and the head dentist that OWNS the office is flabbergasted by the results of my not even a few hours old veneers. He brings in his associate & I see him make a face and the head dentist exits, while the associate starts assuring me things are okay. At that point I didn't understand. Come to find out. Not only did 5 star smiles or Dr. Correa give me a more masculine shaped teeth, but also there are decent sized gaps between my gum and my veneers. If anyone knows. That's a recipe for decay, cavities & so much more if I'm not now super duper extra careful. Okay, whatever I give 5 star smiles a break. Go back & Dr. Correa argues with me that there are NO GAPS between gum & veneer. That it is in fact a slope or ledge that as I understood is okay. When In fact. I see plenty of my old teeth within the veneers. I can't eat in Publix without running to restroom to struggle to get food out of the gaps. Also at this appointment Dr. Correa "Advises" me to not go to ANY other dentist because they do not know how to clean or care for veneers correctly and the way she does. This is where I start to get sketched out. Unfortunately after this I fall very ill try to make an appt I miss an appt and let 5 star know the issue and everything is fine on their end. Few months roll around I'm finally getting kind of better. I start trying to make an appointment. No answer. I text . No answer. Wait a day or few days. Again call. No answer. Text . No answer . & this is to both numbers they use for their business. This goes on for some time and I'm just too weak still to make too much effort, but my worries grow. Finally I message this instagram to please contact me. My teeth feel as if they are about to fall off. I get a message back. That someone will be in touch. That no one has reached out to me because I've missed an appointment. Whatttt???!? So you basically say you are ignoring me. Okay cool. I just ask for my refund after awhile, send my email and give permission to send refund without me coming to release the funds. Oh yeah, I forgot they made it a huge point I had to come sign a a paper to release funds because I had paid some cash some card. Thankfully I have receipts but not the point. This time rolls around because I'm constantly asking for an appointment and I get an answer that they will get back to me, but no one ever does. Now they tell me my funds were released July 14th of 2021. This is the date they asked me for my cash app. No reason why. Just send your cash app. I never hear back. And I forget bc remember im on my death bed then. My boyfriend calls, I give permission for him to speak on my behalf. They tell him my refund is in a ledger . My bf ask how do I ( me ) access that to get the funds. The lady says confidently " oh she can't access that. Something about it's company property " my bf then says so what is she supposed to do?? The lady says. " look I'm not going to sit here and argue with you" then proceeds to hang the phone up . Mutiple times on him. This place has been so shady to me.. I can't imagine who else could be going through this due to the business going under. I'm really sad to say this place is trying to scam me of my Money and I just want you guys to please go somewhere else. I know how hard it is to save up money and teeth being such a big insecurity. Please don't rely on this place if you can help it. Please . I know this may get deleted but please, please go somewhere else. read more

Everyone was so caring, kind and considerate to me, especially because I am so nervous about going to the dentist! They made me feel so calm and relaxed and I left with the smile I am proud of! The customer service is truly a joke they have to many Numbers it's so hard to get a hold of people on top of that you will ask for a call back and you won't get one so you have to keep trying to get a hold of them which is impossible because they truly don't care. I just got resin veneers from here in the beginning of May and since then my teeth have chipped and broke 5 times not once but 5 times, they tried to make it seem like it's my fault ‍ which is crazy after I had to spend 300$ on a mouth guard. If u don't live in Miami I wouldn't recommend them because the drive to have to drive down there to get them fixed every time they break isn't worth it the gas the mileage on your car the tolls you have to pay to get down there the parking... u may as well pay for ur teeth all over again. Which is a scam resin is supposed to be very strong and durable... the material they are putting on your teeth isn't and now I also have sensitivity where I didn't have before ... personally I would've just kept my teeth they way they were if I knew this was how my outcome would be here... just a overall sad experience.... read more

Normally, I dont waste my time with reviews but my experience was terrible. I am so unhappy with the work that was done in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The veneers that were done were not even the size or color i wanted. They acted that they couldnt fix what was done wrong. When i asked for my money back the girl became so rude with me.
