5 Star went out of their way to make our situation a lot easier. My daughter attends MSSU in Joplin and we live 4 hours away. With classes being moved to online and her having to move out of the dorms we had to make arrangements ASAP. My daughter and I arrived in Joplin Saturday morning and they arrived promptly, even a bit early :) They sent 3 guys in their box truck, carried her large heavy head board down 3 flights of stairs and loaded up the truck and followed me to the storage unit.
