5 Star went out of their way to make our situation a lot easier. My daughter attends MSSU in Joplin and we live 4 hours away. With classes being moved to online and her having to move out of the dorms we had to make arrangements ASAP. Having a large headboard that we were not able to transport to a local storage unit I got the recommendation from a local swap shop to use 5 Star. When calling I received very friendly service and a affordable quote. I reserved them in the spot! My daughter and I arrived in Joplin Saturday morning and they arrived promptly, even a bit early :) They sent 3 guys in their box truck, carried her large heavy head board down 3 flights of stairs and loaded up the truck and followed me to the storage unit. When it was loaded and I went to pay and the gentleman said the ticket said $0 owed, it was their pleasure to help during these trying times. With the Coronavirus stress going on, 5 Star Moving was such a caring reliable company. They have won our business for years to come! read more

I found "5 Star Moving" and those guys had it "Bagged, Tagged and Outta There" and delivered to the new location in no time flat! They were EXTREMELY careful about all the glass shelves so that when they got them set back up, they were still PERFECT! read more

My great Aunt Myrna lives alone in Joplin and was forced to move to a smaller place with assisted living as she got older. With family members near to help her move, we turned to 5 Star Moving to assist us. They were courteous, patient and considerate in working with her and put her mind at ease regarding some very delicate items she owns. We could not be more pleased with their service and highly recommend them. read more
