I was using CLIMATEMP as a preventative maintenance company before and they are not who you want to use. Claimed to be cleaning my coils and checking my unit for efficiency. They were not!! CLIMATEMP recommended I get a new unit for $7000. Allen is the owner of the company and recommended a good cleaning and motor replacement and I'd be up and running efficiently and a $7000 unit was not necessary. He explained that the problem could be 1 of 2 things: a faulty part that would be very expensive or a faulty part that could just be dirty. I braced for the worst. To my delight, he came down from the attic 15 minutes later and had fixed the problem by cleaning the pilot starter.
