I recently purchased a used "Gold certified Toyota." Our local Toyota dealer did a poor job on the inspection. After speaking with customer service they refused to rotate my tires and said I'd have to pay the dealership to do so. My daughter contacted Discount Tire and confirmed that they offer complimentary rotation! Even if you did not purchase the tires from them. I drive with peace of mind knowing that there's a discount tire near by. Any tire issues I just drive up or make an appointment online. My vehicle was ready within 45min as they estimated. Great selection of tires to choose from. If they don't have it. They usually can get it within hours or next day and financing is available on the spot.

They call me two hours later to tell me they couldn't get to my vehicle and they didn't know why it was scheduled, there were other people in front of me. Which is their mistake and they should've caught it before I walked out of there. I could've taken my car and had it done in the morning in Boerne or San Antonio at Toyota. I told him I was leaving my car early because I was headed to San Antonio. Had I known this at 8:30 when I dropped it off, poor customer service on their part. I've used Moss for some other things in the past so figured I'd get it done by them. Great experience! The appointment time was kept by them, and their estimate of time was spot on. They aren't cheap, but when you want the assurance of having work done correctly and a place that stands behind their work, this is the place to come to.
