    Breakfast

Excellent breakfast. Everything was fresh, the hashbrowns were not from a frozen bag. The place was clean, and the service was attentive. The only issue I had, is that the coffee cup was small; however, it was kept filled. Would definitely go back again.

    Garden omelette!

Great food, cozy atmosphere and def worth the visit. The food took a few minutes, but everything was tasty! Don't sleep on this little diner. It's a gem.

Very friendly, quiet place. Prices are very fair. Not your standard cookie cutter menu either, lots of variety.

For those who don't know, that would be every Wednesday during the spring-summer-fall seasons, but that's another review! It was pleasant to bump into our farmer friends in the parking lot on this drizzly morning. We ordered up our breakfasts. Hubby selected a homemade hash omelette in a wrap, with hash-browns on the side. A beautifully plated breakfast, I was not able to snap a photo before he began diving in! My special order was easily accommodated: a 3-egg cheese omelette with hash-browns and rye toast and a side of very delicious Italian sausage patty. Again, beautifully plated and crazy delicious. The breads and baked goods are homemade, which is a plus in my book! Very delectable! The service is great! Our waitress was totally cheerful, prompt and competent in taking our order and keeping our beverages full. There is a very nostalgic walk-up ice cream window. Brings up memories of my childhood, carefully reading all the flavors and selecting the most innovative and unique flavor for my cone! I found the restaurant to be very clean and welcoming. It's safe to say that Cozy Corner lives up to its name. It's clearly a diner, so no fancy frills or Murano glass pendant lights. Just lots of well spaced tables and chairs and some stools at the front counter. Of special note, the Cozy Corner has a walk-up ice cream window which made my toes tremble. Yum! We highly recommend this delightful diner!

Decent diner type options. The portions are very generous. I had a three egg american cheese omelet with onions, jalapeños, spinach, and mushrooms with Rye toast and link sausage. The sausage link serving is three links. The Rye toast was excellent, and the omelet was quite good. The omelet selections come with home fries, with or without onions. I also ordered grapefruit juice and coffee. I declined the potatoes given my desire for toast. The service was prompt and friendly. The facility has a homey feel, and it was just the right amount of busy on a weekday at 9 am. I easily found a nice table selection near a gas woodstove and enjoyed my meal. I was waiting on my dog being groomed close to the restaurant and asked if I could stay and do some work, and they were happy to accommodate me. With tip, my meal was $32.

They also serve amazing baked hoods, breakfast items, lunch items, soups and sides such as oatmeal and tea. The drive thru is a conveinient way to get your fix but not every location has one as there are even Tim Hortons locations inside gas stations and car washes. This chain is really blowing up in NY and everyone knows why! Yum !!! If you are a Dunkin Donut fan, you may want to give Timmys a shot. Keep in mind it seems a single sugar portion at Tim Hortons is larger then the sugar portion at Dunkin, so if you are a 3x sugar guy there, you may want to try 2x sugar at Timmys. My only gripes for this place is the bagels seem to never be toasted right. Even if I ask for them to burn it, its still almost raw inside even when the outside is scorched. I think this has to do with the toaster they use which is probably designed for speed rather then toastyness. The other gripe, (and this is a big one) is that fill levels on coffees are very inconsistent. Occasionally my coffee will be almost 2 inches from the top, which stinks! Other then that its a great place which collects my money on a daily basis.

We couldn't find a spot to park, so we decided to turn around and try a close by restaurant and it was an hour and a half wait. We said let's try sporingville. We looked at yelp and this was the first place that came up and it looked really good. Service was a little slow all around but not bad. Hence the 4 stars but everything else was amazing. Home made soup beef on weck with rye bread croutons. Soft but crunchy. Menu had lots to choose from. I had the grilled chicken fingers. I think it was 2 chicken breast sliced grilled and tossed in sauce. Side of blue cheese. It was awesome. Blooming onion pieces with spicy saice was also yummy. My hubby had the pulled pork mac ND cheese which was so creamy and good. ThIs place knows it's good. They also have specials during the week and a unique bar. We will be back to eat when we rake a long ride.
