So, as it won't be everyone's experience, I can only visit the gym after 7 pm. By then, almost all the regulars are cleared out and the gym is less crowded. Pros * After 7 pm, it's about 35-85% full depending on if there's a group. * Gym is open 24/7 * In the Male Locker room, there is a small sauna chamber * There are a significant amount of cardio machines (treadmills, stairmaster, endurance machine, stationary bike) * There are 6 areas of the gym: Cardio area, resistance equipment area, lifting area, weight slide/yoga area, group exercise room, and a benching area. * Large selection of free-weights. Rubber/Metal~ (5's - 100+) * Walking course along the perimeter of the gym with directed traffic flow based on the day of the week. * Adequate cleaning provided, handtowels & cleaner * Cool in the summer, warm in the winter. * Tanning bed available. Cons * Price - $55ish for a month-month payment for (1 PERSON) $40ish if you sign up for an annual contract for (1 PERSON) ~ Cancellation Fee: If you cancel before your annual contract is up, it will cost you $100 regardless of how much time you have left. ($$$) ~ Signup Fee: If I remember correctly, there was a fee for signing up. * Parking: When the parking lot is full, you might as well turn around and go home. You'll find nothing to do, you'll be forced to wander for a single piece of equipment to become available. * Availability: Only 4 available benches of varying types are available near the dumbbell area. Only one type of each fixed weight lifting machine, hope that no one is using it when it's time for you to train with it. * Spacing: Not enough space to accommodate all of the equipment, everything is packed in there as much as possible so they can claim they have the equipment. * Group Exercising: Cannot stress how loud these people are. Obnoxiously loud. Even WITH headphones in, their music cuts through with how loud they play it and yell to try to encourage each other. These people are the bane of my existence. Conclusion: If you invest a year into frequenting this gym, it'll run a single person a minimum of $440~700. If you have a strict gym schedule, this may not be the place for you as it can become very packed leaving no room for a routine. If you're someone with a loose gym schedule with some ample change in their pocket, this is the place for you. While there are many areas to exercise, most can become packed pretty quickly; I'd hate to see what it looks like during peak hours. read more

4U fitness is one of the most beautiful, clean, and well maintained facilities I have ever been to! The gym is family friendly and you see everyone from middle school age to the elderly! Clean towels and cleaning supplies are always provided and top notch service always! 10/10 recommend! read more

I'm going to start by saying a positive. The gym equipment is nice. That's about all I can say on the positive side. When I walked in for the first time the lady at the desk was rude and acted like I was putting her out by asking questions. I soon found out that she was the owner. First X in my book. Not a way to run a business, a small business at that. If you don't want to deal with customers don't have a job where you have to interact with people. The price was more expensive compared to other fitness facilities I have frequented. $40 for 1 person and that doesn't include class fees. Oh, and a sign up fee. NO THANKS! I took a tour and there were guys yelling & grunting while they were throwing down weights while they were cussing left and right. I don't speak like that and I don't want to hear talk like that. I asked about towels and was told they don't provide them. I don't know any gym that doesn't provide towels. Let me correct that last statement. I now know one gym that is so cheap and doesn't provide towels. So, as a summary for 4U Fitness I wouldn't waste your time. I know that there are a few other gyms in town that offer just as much at a much lower monthly rate where the staff isn't rude. read more

One of the best gyms I have ever been a member at! To squash a lie or two. No loud obscene profanity is aloud during office hours. They cant control everyone and everything outside office hours. The Gym is always clean and does provide towels due to the infrared saunas. Well put together with up to date equipment and placement of machines and free weights. Rates are not a problem when it comes to the kind of standard that is provided with a good facility. Been a member for 2-3 years now and have always been satisfied with my hometown gym. read more
