Retinol seems to burn my skin, so I am trying out the skinceuticals resurfacing serum. They also carry products exclusively for men, which my boyfriend loves. He also loves to steal my products so I buy two when I am shopping here. I believe they also offer facials and makeup application. I want to come back and try their services out! I've been coming here for years and have not had any of the negative experiences documented in other reviews. I've usually waited 10-15 minutes after my appointment time to be called back which is no different than any doctor's office, so it hasn't bothered me. The nurses and office assistants have always been helpful. My insurance has changed almost every time I've gone, and that's never been a problem. Even when I've had no insurance, I just asked how much I was going to be charged and there was no surprise price change on my appointment day. I've seen three different dermatologists and my experiences were all good. I've had warts removed, sun damage treated and other minor cosmetic procedures. And all of those experiences were positive. The only downside for me is parking. There is a decent sized parking lot, but it's always packed. Between the people who work there and the patients, I feel lucky every time I find a parking space. Based on the other reviews, I guess I should feel lucky that my experiences have all been good, and I do!

The highlights that I remember from them: - Being turned away after driving an hour and a quarter because I was more than 10 minutes late due to extremely bad traffic. (The same thing happened to a friend recently. I know this because they called to ask the name of the practice I had switched to and am very happy with.) - Waiting for 45 minutes in a freezing exam room, wearing only a flimsy paper gown, with nobody updating me until I finally put on my clothes and started to leave. (Apparently it's not OK for to be more than 10 minutes late due to things their control, but it is OK doctors to be over 45 minutes late because of not in their control.) - Spending 3 weeks going back and forth by phone and email trying to make an appointment with someone whose assistant was on vacation, and then they got the phone number wrong, even though they had other phone numbers for me and had an email that they didn't use, etc. The doctors are good, I guess, but the practice as a whole does not seem to care about their patients' experience.
