I paid my $50 deposit online and the wig I purchase to be installed was glued to my head. Less than 3 days later $350 on top of the 50 paid I'm stuck with an overpriced wig as it fell off my head!!! The wig was to be installed and the length of the install should have been one month. I'm furious that I was scammed for $400 and the worst customer service ever from the owner. The lady said it was my fault for bringing a bad wig, but failed to mention that before, during, or even after the service. I had told her it was my first time getting a wig, and still offered zero support or sympathy for gluing something on my head, knowing it was disaster prone. She did not offer any sort of refund of compensation, she offered to add more makeup to it to see if it will blend better. The wig was not wearable. I had to wear headbands to school with it for a week until I could book with my amazing hair braider (AJ Bella Beauty) to get my hair done for homecoming. Although this was 2 years ago, I was too upset to leave a constructive, detailed review at the time, but I still remember putting $600 towards hair for homecoming when it should have been done right the first time. The lady was rude, unhelpful, and does not take pride in her work. She should not be leaving clients, especially first timers, dissatisfied. I have never gotten a wig since.

She washed my hair (very well), - deep conditioning, blow out, trim, and press! - all effortlessly and in good timing. This press was true SILK! from root to end, no burning, no pulling on my hair, no hurting my scalp, I was done before I knew it. I had a very hard time believing that I was looking at my hair and it felt this way! After 2 weeks, I got tired of the straight hair so I washed it out, but it truly could have lasted me longer! Pointing out that I did not wrap them every night, I went to the gym 3-4 times a week, and my hair remained flawless. - Yes they're are that good! - DefInitely THE PLACE to go for a SILK PRESS!
