The cool thing about this establishment is that they have a really nice selection of water pipes, hand pipes, vapes and other items that you need, and if you're not sure about a specific item, they will go into specifics and of course, this place is budget friendly. Another cool thing about this store is that they have a rewards program. All it takes is your phone number and you're automatically enrolled into the program. I have to say - I LOVED this place. I just moved to Hagerstown, and was looking for a new Vape…read moreshop. WHY did i give this place FIVE stars? 1) The employees! They were super knowledgeable, VERY friendly - but not in a pushy way, and Mature. Personally, I am tired of dealing with stores with poor customer service and who employ people with an "attitude" - like they are doing you a favor. 2) The store was clean and didn't look like some hole in the wall place where junkies hang out -and, when I opened the door, - a cloud of vapor doesn't escape. 3) Tired of going into the usual vape shop and dealing with employees who are arrogant, not friendly, and look constantly bored - like you're bothering them. THIS SHOP IS NOT ONE OF "THOSE" and i'm SO glad! 4) Tons of products and flavors There was absolutely nothing i didn't love about this shop - it was great in every way and I left feeling very happy to have found a vape shop i know I will continue to patronize for as long as they are in business. Best customer service I've seen in any store of any type for a very long time.

This is a must-visit destination for pipe smokers…read more The selection of tinned and bulk pipe tobaccos is unparalleled, including many terrific Boswell blends (Cherry Smash is a great aromatic and Northwoods is a stellar choice for those looking to get into English blends). Prices are very reasonable, especially for a brick and mortar store. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and mostly friendly (Alex, in particular, is fantastic--and even the more reserved staff members are helpful). One of the best things about visiting the Chambersburg store is the selection of handmade J.M. Boswell pipes, many of which never make it onto the website. The selection and prices seem to be much better in person and I like being able to hold a pipe before I purchase it. Great smoking lounges upstairs with comfortable places to sit and spend time with friends. Highly recommend.
