The stylist wanted to look and check my texture to determine color process before the color appointment. $165!!! Charged for a wash & silk press...or color consultation. She never told me the cost, I felt like that would have been a nice courtesy. I knew it would be pricey, but $165...I felt was unarmed robbery. She later contacted me for the color analysis...would be another $750. Which included $60 for "extra product use" because I have shoulder length hair. The stylist was nice but deceitful! Never again!

However, the quality of customer care here is second to none. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted and the entire atmosphere is upbeat. EVERYONE here is so down to earth and you feel like you've known them forever. I honestly feel like I'm visiting my friends. Second, the hair service itself. For me, I like to focus more on hair care, rather than the actual style. I actually get both here. Being biracial, it's always a challenge finding a stylist who knows how to do my hair but they definitely know what they're doing here. They offer an array of hair care services which is what I was looking for. Lysha does my hair and she is extremely skilled and so sweet. I was nervous during my first visit because I'd messed up my own hair during Covid because I cut it myself. Lol It was also FRIED. Lysha evaluated the condition of my hair, we discussed my hair goals, and we came up with an ongoing treatment plan. Then, she proceeded with a deep conditioning and she also layered my hair and finally, gave me a silk press. I also appreciate the fact that during my first visit that before applying certain products, she asked me first. I'm allergic to a lot of finishing products like edge control, so I'm grateful that she asked. Aside from that, the salon is so cute. I'm not a girly girl by any means, but I have to admit that the salon is beautiful and amazing. It gives you a very fun vibe. They also offer a beverage service of water, wine and tea and great music.
