But we decided to give it another try recently, and I'm glad we did. My kids loved it, and the customer service was so much better. There was one worker I think her name was Alina or Aaliyah, she was super kind to my kids and to me. Now, my kids always look for her when we go. Ever since then, we got a membership and really enjoy coming back.

While getting registered was easy, the experience at the end of our visit left a nasty taste in our mouth. One staff member was very rude to my child stating "I'm not afraid to be the bad guy" while trying to wrangle our child to leave. Yes, it was a difficult situation but we did NOT invite her to help NOR appreciate her words or tone. While I don't expect my child to be coddled, I do expect adults to be respectful. It makes me wonder if they truly are serving all children on the spectrum.
