Being new to the area and facing some challenging issues they have been a rock for me with their help and patience. Matt is contentious, fair, dependable, responsive, knowledgeable in so many areas of home repair, and very easy to work with. All of his work is flawlessly finished and carried out exactly as discussed. It's hard to find any of that in a reliable area contractor these days, let alone everything wrapped up in one package. I too found Christina through Yelp looking for a reliable cleaner that would not only show up when…read morescheduled, but take pride in her work. I began as a condo owner first, then ventured into property management...Christina was a major reason for the transition and ultimately a successful new venture. Christina and her company do more than just clean, they are troops on the ground that help with all aspects of Vacation Rental mgmt and have experience from all angles. She has owned/managed her own vacation rental, has lived and worked on 30A, and has such high expectations for her team that following behind her is a waste of your time. :) As a business owner in Santa Rosa/PCB, it is hard to find consistent and reliable help....Christina and her team have provided this and more, but above all prioritize communication. This is a commonly overlooked aspect of a cleaners job, but has become one of the main things I look for. She is one of a kind and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaner on 30A and West PCB.

If they do not have the capacity to provide a service at this time, they should at a minimum, return my call and let me know this.
