The STAFF of MBS moved it into a smaller unit for us. The seat, the battery box and the plugs were all missing when we picked up the bike, and they were definitely there and the bike was intact when we put in the initial unit and the last time we saw it. In essence they stripped the bike before we could get it out of there. The ONLY people that touched that bike were the staff members of MBS....... So, if you're reading this you can connect the dots from A to B, who actually stole from us. We have a very good idea who it was but we have no proof and they do not intend to ever provide security footage or an answer as to who took our property.....what security footage??...they don't know a thing about it...hmmmm They are the absolute worst people I have ever dealt with. That person is filthy, disgusting and downright evil. We were not only the targets of theft, we were harassed and belittled on multiple occasions by the person/persons we suspect. This was not the only incident with them, but this one crossed the line into actual stealing property. It's been reported, but that's the best we could do without the proof. I won't name them, but rest assured they aren't going anywhere. The only consolation of this utterly disgusting experience is that karma will eventually catch up to them. Their business license was suspended by the state of Texas for not paying their business taxes .....which is public information .....but they sure have the money to expand their business. It says a lot of about those people at MBS. The word "best" in their name is completely false advertising. Unless, you're talking about the best at taking people for a ride and putting their greedy hands on other people's things because it's something they think they want, then yes, they are obviously the best at that. Pathetic. I advise anyone reading this find a LEGITIMATE storage facility, and check them out first!!!!! I won't discourage anyone to try them, just be aware you might be the next person to get a target on your back at MBS. They will have to find someone else now that we are out of there. Good luck. I returned a vehicle after putting a little over 6 gallons in it. It was after hours and I dropped…read morethe key off in the box. 2 days later, I get billed $56 additionally on top of my rental fee. I called this them and told them I am being overcharged and a lady picked up and told me I'd have to call uhaul's 800 number. Makes no sense to report it to uhaul when you are the one I am having the dispute with. I called uhaul. Uhaul is saying that storage 290 was claiming I returned the gas tank on 1/4 but received it almost full. That is literally impossible as I used 90 miles and the odometer shows that. But they're claiming I used that much gas. The uhual lady confirmed their vehicle is about 15 mpg; which adds up to exactly how much gas I put back in the vehicle. I told the lady, how can I use about 150 miles worth of gas in 90 miles? Even when I filled the tank, it wasn't even half way. The uhaul customer agent saw what I was saying made sense. Take a guess what uhaul did? You guessed it; they called 290 storage. The exact same thing I was trying to do in the 1st place. She got off the phone with storage 290 and said the lady kept saying she double checks everything. That doesn't answer the question as to how the odometer shows I used 90 miles but the gas their claiming was used is about 150 miles.So uhaul is now transferring this to their district manager to investigate. I will update my status. Long story short... don' use this place. They tried to overcharge me $56. I will report them to the BBB if I don't hear back soon. Update: Literally, 30 minutes after this review was posted, the owner emailed me and told me she would look into my concerns. About 15 minutes after I got that email, a district manager got a hold of me and did refund me the $56. In talking with him , he did admit that based on the miles I drove the needle shouldn't have moved more than 1/4. I am changing my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star. I can't give it higher than a 3 star based on what occurred but I will give credit to the owner. She was swift in responding and very professional to me and uhaul did correct the mistake.

They are very affordable and I would recommend and use again. We had a 10X10 and were able to fit a Tree Frog play set and lots more house hold items inside. The lady who works there is super friendly. Side note- Cypress didn't have any heavy rains, while our item were in storage.

THE cameras and security gates is what gave me a peace of mind. Now I feel everything is open for the theifs.
