It's a comfortable two hour drive from Oklahoma City so tomorrow it's looking like a ROAD TRIP!! Sent them an email which the owner himself Russell answered incredibly fast regarding hours and they are open 9am until late in the night, midnight or so, right up to the 4th of July! I accepted delivery on first day (At 3pm) I Was Then Chewed Out For Not Stocking Products In/On Shelves as Get This.. I had NO prior Training an or Guidance Whatsoever! I was told abot a video on yotbe that had all answer both in my onboarding paperwork and by Management (several Times) That The Link Is BROKEN to and Video CAN'T Be Viewed By get this...anyone Incding God Himself! Grrr! I was Told To Do Better By An Employee Sent to Reprimand me (Thogh She Had No Pic To show me of proper setup) But NOT Shown! I Attempted to Correct Product Placement Only to Find out This New Placement was wrong as well.. Apparently my Ineptitude was so Vast and Epic that They Sent My Best Friend (Aforementioned Finger Wagger) Gard Dog To "Help" one of my two crews Correctly Stock Shelves Whilst I was away.. Yay I return and See They've Gotten Products Displayed as They Prefer In "My" Stand and I start to Sell Them. I am not sure about my other two crews (as someone has be onsite 24/7) But My Wife and I Sold Every Single Customer Who Came p To Stand Something and Were Doing Great! I Took A day off For a funeral Leaving Crew #2 (Aptly Named) Whom apparently Did NOT do So Hot And Were Likely A Bit Loose With The Cash Till.. Great! pon My Return I get Chewed Ot For Not Being On Site Though I was Told I Cold hire people ... actually Anyone Over 16yr for this very reason! I Get into swing of things and here comes Sparky Ready to Wag her little finger off at me the Horrid and quite seemingly (based on treatment) Brain Deficient Stand Operator Whom Was Getting A bit Tired of Being Chastised for Things 1.Never Expressed to me and 2. "Rules" NOT Listed in "Employee" Handbook (To Which I've Near Memorized For This Reason) She Retracts Fangs and Begins Doing A Fll Inventory Surmising in My Termination As Apparently The #2 Crew Had Either Blundered cash Numbers AndOr Stole Stock resulting in an almost 2k Discrepancy. Great Just Great I Worked My ass Off For This Stand, Bit My tongue When nastily Scolded and Kept Trying To Correct My apparent And Rampant Abundant Mistakes.. Keeping Calm And Presenting Nothing But Curt Politeness and Diligence Whilst nder fire I Should Be issued a medal For Patience On this one folks! Unfortunately when it came time to pop our fireworks they said no and they kept our money they were so rude that they even said the F..... word and told us to shut up in front of my small children and even were aggressive. I couldn't believe it. Paid $70 to pop our fireworks and bought all the fireworks there and did get what I paid for. Me and my family were treated absolutely horrible. Also some of the fireworks didn't work. Absolutely horrible experience. The woman even mocked my husband for being a veteran that fought in two wars for their freedom. They also said they hated Wichita Falls unbelievable. Please stay away from this business. If you are looking for fireworks Russell's is amazing and cheaper great customer service and the fireworks work very well also you can go pop your fireworks in Jolly for free and they are very nice. Never going back. Please beware of this business they don't care about their customers they even said they don't care if people write a bad review that they are rich and successful and it will not matter. Also after I posted a bad review on their Facebook page they didn't like it so they started to harass my family and slandering our name and threatening that they new a commander on base that's how evil this business please save yourself and go somewhere else.
